These Glasses are super cute - I now have 4 pairs from EyeBuyDirect however these last ones are super tight (all three pair) and using hot water isn't working to adjust them. It would be nice to see a vendor that can help adjust the frames to take them in somewhere. Myself and all of my kids have headaches from our new frames
It was super easy to find the frames that I really loved. The BOGO deal saved me so much money, I can't even believe I got two pairs of good quality glasses for the price of one! They also shipped super fast, I got my prescription lenses within a week. Overall great experience, and I will continue to recommend EBD to my friends.
I ordered two pairs of progressive glasses. One was perfect, the other was not, but the customer service rep was understanding and explained the return/reorder process very well. I'm expecting my corrected glasses in a few days.

I was able to place my order very efficiently. I did not know my PD and the resources on the website helped! Especially when I put the wrong number in for my PD after I had already placed my order - customer service was able to change my PD to the right number within 24 hours after I emailed them after I placed my order and realized my mistake!

Even with insurance this is an exorbitant deal.

Everything was great, the price, product and delivery. However after I broke my previous pair, I went online and they were out of stock of that same frame I had been wearing for a year. I chose it in a different color, which was my second preference.

The shipping takes forever! I'm not happy with the quality of the products but can't afford pricier products. But I'm currently looking into better, more adequate materials for my kids glasses because the prices for replacements every other month are adding up to premium glasses anyways
Not nearly the good deal they used to offer, especially having to pay for shipping. Also the glasses took twice as long to arrive as in the past. The glasses are very satisfactory.

I'm an allergy sufferer and I choose not to wear contacts because my eyes get really irritated when I have them on, so I have chosen to you just wear glasses until I decide to get Lasik done and this is the best online shop by far for options of customizing your glasses and sunglasses.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
