I love my glasses. They did take about a day to adjust to regular progressive lenses. I am used to premium but other than that I think they are great. My glasses did take about 3 weeks to wait but I didn't mind because these are my back up glasses. They actually came in the same morning I broke my everyday use pair which was super awesome! I will definitely buy more!
I was initially excited to buy glasses online, but I ran into a few problems. (1) It's hard to know how glasses will look on you even with the try-on feature; (2) EBD shipping takes forever, which isn't ideal since I get massive headaches without them; and (3) EBD only offers store credit, so I can't even get my money back to just go to a store and get a pair. Don't recommend.
My shopping experience with Eye Buy Direct is good. The selection they have is great. The fact that you can try the glasses by uploading a picture of yourself, I thought was nice. However, it took a long time for the glasses to come and when I got them, they were too big for my face. I didnt felt it was this big when I tried it on and I did several times, tired them on before I decided to buy. Other than the fit being too big, the prescription was on point. I can see clearly now and I love how they made it perfect for my prescription which is a high prescription for me. I just dont like having my glasses half way off my face all they time because it is too big. THe sunglasses fits perfect and doesnt slide down my face like the other pair.

My products was on hold but I did not know until I checked my order online. I think if my order was on hold then the customer service should let me know and solve the issue immediately. That will save me a lot of waiting time.
The delivery and tracking process seemed very unorganized. Many times we were told "your order has been delivered" only to find that was an error. We ordered on February 15th and did not receive our glasses until March 6th. I am assuming their delivery guarantee is only business days but I do know that many other competitor websites I have received my glasses within 5-7 days. Otherwise, I am happy with the product

I have ordered from ebebuydirect 2 years before, loved the glasses i received then. Fast forward and broke one of the ear pieces, ebd still had the same frames & my prescription. New glasses are exactly like my broken ones very happy
I was super excited about the price I paid for my glasses and knew it was going to take some time to receive. However, the lack of communication was a little concerning. I didn't receive any updates or anything that said they were on their way. All I received was an email asking if I had received my glasses or not, before I even got them. But, overall I like them! I think my prescription is off in one eye but it's hard to tell because my other glasses are like 5 years old so maybe I am just not use to the prescription. I only wear them at night so I am not too worried about it and overall I am really happy with the purchase and would buy again!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
