This was the first time I ever did something like this and must say I was inprest with hall fast I recived my oder

The order came in good time, but something is not right with the prescription in the lenses, the bifocals are fine, but the top prescription is not right, can't see clearly through them.

At the beginning we had trou le ordering, but once we knew about the pd and how to measure, both myself and my partner we able to order glasses easily and at a great price.

I ordered my 4th pair of glasses so far. Love them!

The filter for my lenses wouldn't work, so I had to keep trying to find frames that the lenses would accept.
However, I persevered. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a prescription pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. Both were a reasonable price and great quality. Very stylish.

My first pair of "single" lens glasses are GREAT. Order a second pair and went with progressive lenses. When I received them my only issue is the reading portion (bottom part) of the lens is not positioned correctly, so I had to tilt my head all the way back to get whatever I was reading in focus. I contacted customer service and they had me email them a picture of me wearing the glasses so they could remake them and ship the new pair to me, all free of charge. EXCELLENT Customer service!

This was fairly easy, had to consult with the doctor to get some clarifying info but it was easy. When I received my glasses they didn't fit quite right and need some adjusting. The issue is that I have to take them in to somewhere to have a professional make some minor adjustments. That can't happen with this product, it's the only thing at issue. Not a huge deal really!

The quality of both the lenses and frames I got, especially for the price, is incredible to me. I purchased glasses for about double the price from another company before (who is supposed to be of much higher quality) and the comparison isn't even close. Not to mention, they look even better on than I thought they would. And when you pick the two day shipping and they say they'll be to your door withing 2-3 days of your order, they are NOT kidding! I had mine in under 48 hours of the time I ordered them, and this was during a pandemic where all shipping has gone to crap. I was floored. Can't wait to get another pair! Thanks again y'all.

Light frame and perfect thin lenses for a strong prescription!

Ordering was clear and straightforward, but I wish I knew if I could *also* have lenses made for frames I supply. I would certainly order again!

I mainly wear my contacts so I hadn't bought glasses in over 8yrs. I was referred to eyebuydirect by a friend who said she got hers for a great price. After seeing the quality and price of my new glasses I will never buy from my eye doctor again!
