This order was a replacement order for glasses that needed to be returned.

I was disappointed to learn that my glasses were not going to be delivered within the time frame given. I would not have been so irritated if an update regarding delivery had been sent to me. When tracking my order, 'in transit, arriving late' was indicated for at least two weeks. When I called customer service, I have to be honest, the company location being in Texas and having a Chinese representative speaking very broken English made communication very difficult for me. The rep also indicated to me she was not able to locate my purchase because the product left the facility and they cannot track it. So customer service was annoying to me. I did receive my glasses but it took much longer than the company claimed it would take and they did not claim responsibility.

The glasses were a good price and with the virtual try on feature I had a good idea what to expect, the delivery was delayed however which was very disappointing.

It was easy to select and purchase glasses and they arrived quickly. I did have some issues with the reflection on the lenses and needed to upgrade the lens to help that issue.

I am thrilled with my new glasses! First, I searched online at other sites and always send them back because I did not like the frames. These are quality frames, they have an app that assists you with finding your prescription and I needed that because my doctor stopped taking my insurance. Of course my doctor wouldn't give me my information so if it wasn't for this app I would never know. I am thrilled with my new glasses! Was fairly easy with just plain sunglasses for boyfriend

I loved my frames, they fit just perfect, but the lenses fog immediately as you put them on. I have other frames from a different store that don't fog like that.

Not my favorite pair of glasses for such a long wait

A bit loose, no way to safely tighten. Also, nose pads loose and noisy, rattle.

This is the first time my glasses fit my face without falling off. My glasses were super affordable and cute.

I am having a problem with one of the two pair of glasses that I received. I am not sure if the lenses are different diopters or Some other problem with the optics. I am considering returning them.

This is probably my 7th or 8th order I love them! I have bought so many diferent colors and frames from them and always suggest them when people are looking for glasses!
