I has acquired a small scratch on one lens, contacted eyebuy and they asked to send a photo and what happened? Immediately they were processing a new pair with quality assurance noted. Awesome customer service and NO B. S.!

One of the glasses I purchased was perfect, the other could have used a bit more finishing on the nose bridge. Some plastic was half attached and should have been buffed off. The blue light coating is subtle and really helps with headaches. Great purchase!
Went to site, found i could shop and didn't feel unfriendly. Placed order for 2 pairs but made a mistake on prescription entry which I only found out after getting glasses. I was. I called customer service expecting a difficult call but was surprisingly spared and as representative explained the issue with prescription entry (- instead of + 200) they said no problem it was covered by their 14 day return policy.! The representative helped me pick other frames and sent me a shipping label at no cost. Dropped off package at post office and waited about 14 day till the replacement order arrived. New order was correct and everything was as easy as open up, try on and off I went! It was good to learn that my mistake with this online shopping company didn't mean I was going to be taken advantage of monetarily. It made me trust EyeBuyDirect so I could buy additional product. That customer service representative was really great!
Both frames I ordered look too wide for my face. On one frame the legs (?) Curve outwardly and they run against my ear, making them very uncomfortable to wear.

Although the delivery time stated in the website was inaccurate and I had to wait longer to receive my glasses, that was the only snag in the process. Taking in to account the pandemic and holidays right around the corner delivery speed was okay. Overall I'm very satisfied and happy with both my frames and lenses. My lens prescription is VERY strong, we're talking +4.25, so finding thin demagnified lenses are the main goal in my search for lenses. EyeBuyDirect not only meets that goal but the quality of the lenses are spectacular and easy to keep clean for a price substantially lower than anywhere else making them extremely affordable. I love the virtual try on option because being able to see them on yourself is important before buying to make sure they fit your face. I don't particularly like wearing my glasses but these glasses I actually enjoy and look forward to wearing them and I've also received so many compliments. I will be using EyeBuyDirect for all my glasses needs and would definitely recommend them to anyone else searching for a great deal on good quality frames and lenses.

Although, I understand we are in the midst of a global pandemic, I would expected delivery times to be slightly delayed. But, I did not anticipate is that it would have taken seven weeks to receive my glasses. Moreover, when I did receive them the prescription was wrong. I ordered readers with a magnification of 175 but lenses are certainly not of that magnification. What I have is impossible to use. Today, my glasses are in the same box they came in and they are sitting on the top shelf of my closet — not being used. This has been fruitful learning experience and one I can say without hesitation, I will not be a return customer.
I tell all of my friends this is the place to buy your glasses at. The quality for the price really can't be beat.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
