The St Michel glasses I ordered were not painted fully or something, it is darker at the bridge and by where the temples connect to the frames. Besides that everything was great, fit great and looks even better (besides the paint mess up).

When I first ordered my frames I bought two different models with two scripts. So basically I got four frames for the price of two! After the order was figured out, everything went smoothly. Oh, and I like the frames.
I ordered two pairs of glasses one was ordered with 2 day shipping and it arrived within that time frame which was great. The other pair was regular shipping, and that too arrived in a timely manner. The glasses themselves have been great. I love how they look/fit and the price was pretty good for 2 pairs of glasses.

Prices listed are for frames only - lens prices are not included. Lenses are usually about $20, which I didn't know until I was checking out. Additionally, the "blue light" blocking lenses cause everything to have a slight yellow tint, which isn't incredibly noticeable but does bother me at times. I did find the frames easy to adjust and very nice looking. Overall, if you are looking for cheap glasses, this is a great place to start. If you want something that's going to last, look elsewhere.

I liked virtual try on, frame selection, ease of ordering, delivery time. The lenses are very clear and frames fit pretty well. I was worried about getting progressives online but they seem about as good as the ones I got in person. I got the premium ones.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
