Out of four orders, this company sent me ONE good pair of glasses. They screwed up the prescription 3 times. The first time, they reversed the minus (-) and put a (+) for the prescription, so those were way off. After getting the next one right, I decided a bit later on another pair. I requested that they use the exact same prescription as the one good pair they sent me. I tried twice, and they messed up both pairs. They even had the nerve to suggest that my prescription would change. I had to remind them that, if that were true, the pair I have been wearing would also be wrong. I give up. I gave them an honest shot. I would rather pay a little more and have it correct.

My son was in an accident and while in the hospital he needed glasses. The hospital recommended we place an order with EyeBuyDirect. The order came right away! And my son loves his stylish new glasses!

Customer Support was fantastic, much more helpful than my typical experience with other stores. They got me the right glasses quickly without any hassle and made sure I was able to get back to seeing perfectly.

So far, very good. Sent a question & the response was very timely in return.

The product is great but the time to receive the item leaves me contemplating if I will ever buy another pair from you.

My daughter went away for a couple of weeks. She received the glasses. Within a day or two, the lenses were loose.

As the second time choosing eyewear, this was an easy process. I first checked the previous eyewear I'd bought to confirm what size my glasses were, then filtered my search according to my size and shape of preference. I narrowed down my search and used the site's software to try on the glasses virtually. It is a little faulty as sometimes the glasses appear way bigger or smaller than they really are, however I got an accurate fit by messing with the PD. My last resource were the review photos left by customers to get an idea of what the glasses actually looked like in real life. A satisfying process, really.

Price and delivery were a little more unsatisfactory however. I bought two frames, one new and one that I had already brought before. The new frames I bought with regular shipping time. However, this time the frames that I already owned were available only for 2-day-delivery, thus were marked at a higher price. I had no problems with this higher price and expected my 2-day-delivery frames to arrive earlier than the new frames I'd ordered. Instead, they both arrived on the same day. This kind of disappointed me because it defeated the purpose of paying the mandatory $19 extra as the shipment time for both frames ended up being the same. Thus, instead of 5 stars, I give the shipment 4 stars. Otherwise, no problems. Package arrived in great condition and there were no visible scratches on the glasses. Love the glasses and will continue buying and recommending.

THE BEST PART WAS THE EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM YOUR STAFF. THEY WERE VERY COURTIOUS, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO RETURN THE FIRST PAIR BECAUSE THEY TURNED OUT TO BE TOO BIG FOR MY FACE AND FELL OFF AND THE LENSE GO CHIPPED. I CALLED TO RETURN THEM AND A REPLACEMENT PAIR IS ON THEIR WAY WITH NO HASSEL AND ABSOLUTRLY NO EXPENSE EXPENSE INCURRED. I AM RECOMMENDING EBD TO EVERYONE I KNOW THANKS

They read my Rx very well. I was afraid it would be wrong but I haven't had any issues. I paid half of what I normally pay.

I love eyebuydirect and have been purchasing tons of glasses for my entire family but this time it took way to long to receive my daughter's order

I received glasses with a new prescription, but the prescription just didn't work for me. EBD was so great and allowed me to return the glasses and waited for me to get a new prescription and then sent out my new pairs with the updated prescription. Super easy and great customer service.

I'm overjoyed with my new frames, they're gorgeous! I've had nothing but positive experiences with this site and I'll definitely buy from them again in the future.

Smooth sailing, just wish that the $19 glasses didn't have such a price difference in the same lenses. Was cheaper to buy the more expensive frame?
