I love this site, I shopped here twice and I am so happy to have found them. Don't hesitate to buy, they are also great with exchanges so if you're not happy (which I doubt) you can return. Also if you see a pair you like buy it, they sell out quick.

My phone auto populated the incorrect zip code at checkout to which I noticed after I got the confirmation email. I contacted a representative from eyebuy direct who assured me she had change the zip code. Although, when usps tried to deliver it got returned to the post office because the zip code didn't match which in turn put my package in limbo. I had to contact usps to clear the whole situation to which they told me they would possibly deliver to the correct zip code or mail it back to the sender. It just made the whole process long and frustrating.
The ordering process was very simple. Also, I worried that the glasses would not fit properly, or that they would look cheap. Not the case at all. The glasses fit incredibly well and were really nice quality for a reasonable price. I love them and am thrilled with the purchase.

Once you know how to read your prescription, easy to enter all the needed information. Must know your preferred size of glasses' frames so you don't order ones too small or big.

Love eyebuydirect and the many options they offer. I usually order glasses on the cheaper side but I needed some solid glasses for work and wanted transitions so I didn't have to switch between glasses and sunglasses and the Oakley fit close to my face and are exactly what I needed.
It took a bit longer to get my glasses then my husband did on zenni. But the glasses were less expensive and fit much better than the ones that I've gotten on other sites.
Had to make a return for a wrong prescription. They made it super easy and replaced the glasses at no cost.

I was disappointed to get my glasses and have the wrong prescription in them. The pupillary distance was incorrect. Evidently what I needed was not available in the frames I ordered. I wish this just simply could not happen via website design, but somehow I got it done, but pretty sure I did not change the numbers. I asked for a return, and that has been handled well, but I have not selected my replacement set yet
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
