I ordered two pairs, one from Zenni, another from EyeBuyDirect. I was disappointed in how much transition lenses cost on your site. I'm less inclined to buy from you because the cost is so high.

Over the course of 6 months I purchased 3 pair of glasses. The first pair came in perfect although I do not like the look. I held them beyond the return date so I was not able to return them. I ordered 2 more pair using the same Rx. When they came in I could not see through either of them. The Rx on these were not only different from the original Rx but they were different from each other in the same order.
I did get a refund, short of the $1.96 shipping insurance.
Very easy process to order prescription glasses or sunglasses. Great deals on lenses and branded frames. Very affordable. If you are willing to try their online trial by uploading photos, you can save 100s of dollars by not going to a physical store
When you order a pair of glasses and need to send them back because they don't work, they rush you a second pair to fix it. That's great! But if it still doesn't work, you're now outside of the 14 day warranty that only covers the first pair of glasses.
If you're an easy fit, this site is a great option. But if you're a little on the difficult side - prescription, style, don't know what you want - don't. You'll just waste your money buying glasses that don't work.
Understand: I'm part of the reason my experience was bad. I'm upset ONLY at the fact that it wasn't explained to me that the warranty was only good for 14 days after the first pair. I realize why they do it. It makes sense on a business level, but I'm upset with the fact that it wasn't explained or that I was too busy to read it. I feel duped right now and part of that is on me. I would have made a different decision had I realized and I'd be able to get a pair of glasses that might actually work instead of having to go through another year with glasses that give me migraines.
I purchased 2 pairs of regular glasses. I had to exchange one pair I bought because they were just too big for my face, but that process was super easy too and I am now waiting on my replacement ones I picked out. I have since ordered a couple pairs of sunglasses…excited to receive those in a couple days.
Got the order quick and on time, but there was a problem on my end so reordered a new one and now I'm still waiting for my new order to arrive, it's been quite a long time.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
