Hi, I appreciate the permission to exchange some frames that didn't work. Unfortunately now that I have the perfect frames, the progressive Rx is no good. I can only read from the tiniest strip at the bottom of the frames. Unless I can get another exchange, this is ultimately a waste of $$. I would be very grateful if customer service could work with me to get the Rx right.

Most of my experiences with EBD have been great. There are some restrictions and some frames do not allow for my prescription. This has happened before but was remedied somehow. Maybe has to do with certain manufacturers of labs. Also, I wish there were more options for small and extra small lenses for adults. But for the most part they are great and if one doesn't t have a really high prescription like me or a small face, the choices and prices are fantastic

Bought a pair of Oakley glasses with transition lenses. First pair didnt even last 6 months before they failed and it was blurry as hell looking through them. Ordered a replacement and the junk they sent me didnt even last 3 months before doing the same thing. They won't even replace their defective product thats failed twice now inside of 9 months. Do yourself a favor and shop at a place that actually cares about its consumers and would fix a pair of glasses if they've failed as spectacularly as these did.
