The process was straight forward and fairly easy. On the second try the result is quite satisfactory.
On the original order I inadvertently entered my prescription information incorrectly and the resulting lenses were of course unusable. For the replacement glasses, personnel from Eyebuydirect contacted me various times to verify the prescription details. The results were exactly as hoped for.
However, had the same care gone into my original order, we would have caught that prescription error and, A: I would have been able to use the new glasses 2 weeks sooner and B: I would not have used up my one time free replacement warranty by ordering the second pair. Possibly too much depended on the website form input form, considering we don't all have perfect computer skills?
