Was quick and easy, and I live in an apartment building, I honestly thought they would of left it anywhere, but I received it on the day on the time they said would in my mailbox.

Not happy with shape of lenses I chose. Tried to adjust arms, but plastic coating had some damage so I could not return them.

Pretty good. My daughter was the person that told me about it so she did help me get started. It was pretty simple. I really liked that I was able to try on the frames with the camera's help. It really helps to see yourself with the perfect frames. The service and price was exceptional.

So far so good! I'm happy with my glasses, no problems and they fit well. I have a small face and there are not that many options for x-small faces. The only thing I would have preferred is a lighter colour frame but I liked the style and only dark brown.
