I found the site very difficult today.I had trouble saving favourites and when I put in my email to have them sent to me I didn't get all of them. I was also confused by the coupon offers, but I hope I used the one best to my advantage. I have been ordering glasses from Eyebuydirect for many years without much difficulty. There's always a good deal going on and my glasses have arrived within 7 business days both time I've ordered.
The only problem I had with my first order is that I got two pairs with the same prescription, but when I brought them to a store in-person to check them the glasses weren't both the same prescription. They were only slightly off and I was only using the second pair as back up but just fair warning.
