Not sure if I placed wrong item in cart or not but I thought I chose the correct part for my year jeep. I've never, not, done so. Either way, the wrong item arrived so I've since sent it back for a credit to purchase the correct part for my year jeep.

The experience of purchasing the product was simple and easy. The only setback was when I received the product, and it was missing several of the critical items. The description provided stated the instructions and minor cosmetic issues due to the item being an open box. It did not say that the item would be missing essential parts needed. When I asked for assistance in obtaining the components, the rep was helpful but could not assist me in getting the vital parts.

You would think that a hitch "assembly" kit would come with bolts with which to mount it to your car. But you'd be thinking wrong if you think this hitch comes with them. Have to buy them separately and they're not that cheap.

All of the orders are always correct and shipped in a timely manner.

Overall, the new top fits well and seems to be of good quality. Installation wasn't difficult, but the instructions definitely could have been clearer and more detailed. We ended up using what came with the top as well as instructions we found online to get everything figured out.

Experience was very good shipment arrived fast. Weird that all 4 fender flares shipped at different times and arrived different days but hey I got them all so who cares. Thank you kindly

I purchased wheels and tires for a graduation gift for my daughter and was told they were in stock and would ship on 5/16/22. When they didn't ship on 5/16 I called everyday until they shipped the following week and was told conflicting reasons why they didn't ship each day, but nobody really knew for sure (wheels were in stock and ready to ship, wheels needed to be shipped to them, credit card needing re-authorization, back up in mounting/balancing). And, a few people told me they would check into what was going on but nobody ever called me back. Finally, I spoke to Ruth and she contacted the warehouse and was able to get real answers for me. They finally shipped a week and a day later and arrived with 2 of the 5 boxes damaged and both of those wheels needing rebalancing and new valve stems. So I had to go to a local tire shop to have them repaired at my expense. Additionally, one of the damaged boxes had a big hole in it and the plastic wheel cap was missing. I called immediately and a replacement cap was shipped quickly but once received I realized it was gray and not the black color of all the other wheel caps. So, I called again and was told that Extreme Terrain could not provide the matching wheel cap and they gave me the number for the wheel manufacturer and told me I would have to call them and figure it out. While I really like the wheels/tires the experience with Extreme Terrain will not have me shopping with them again..
