3 star rating is sending items through FedEx who tell you one date for delivery, then another, then the item just shows up. Don't ship via FedEx!
They sent my package, it never made it. They said they would either send another or refund. They never refuse to do either and quit responding.

Had a stitching problem on the new top I purchased and contacted support about it. Immediately sent out a new top after pics was sent of the issue. Great top with great customer support!
Chat was responsive to me when questioning whether my 2023 Rubicon could fit the bike rack. I was advised regarding the blockage of rear camera but to be honest it doesn't black out the view. I can still see everything plus the bike rack I thought I wouldn't be able to see at all. I'm happy with the purchase. The video was extremely helpful with the install. My husband did it and only twice he needed me to hold

Tge installers are not professional at all they left parts sitting on the concrete floor all got scratched plus my grill got scratched up did not know to installed the trd Sheild back on tge underbody

The staff took the time to be interested in my issue with the product and not knowing how to install because my truck is a 2023 and not to many videos out there to show how to install aftermarket parts, but they took the time to find some and email them to me and it was great to still find people and an organization that still cares about customer service after the sell. The lights are nice and bright. Word of caution. If you have the stock LED lights, these connectors will not clip in to the factory connectors. You will either have to rerun the wire to the front of the truck. Or, what I did, cut the factory connectors off and splice in the connectors this kit uses. They are a completely different from the stock connectors.
