Ordered on line with no issue. Item fits vehicle as described. The windshield header is required but it doesn't need to be Smittybilt. Bestop header worked fine.

I ordered Door Rod Clip p/n J*******; Orange (97-18 Jeep Wrangler TJ). Item delivered #1 time wrong part however in packaging which indicated correct p/n and item description. Extreme Terrain resent item #2. Same wrong part but correct packaging. Extreme Terrain rest third time. Same wrong part but correct description and p/n on packaging. I give up cut my losses and moved on. Ordered the part off Ebay...correct part however more than twice the price of Extreme Terrain.

Received the Tuff Country 3" lift kit for my Tocoma. Sizing was easy and delivery was quick. The parts received are of good quality and fit. Paper installation instructions on the complete kit would have been helpful. The only instructions received with the kit was for installation of the front struts, not including the spacers. However, the installation video was exact and took you through the installation. Could have used the torque specs. As a backyard mechanic on my stuff, the 3 wrench difficulty level seems right and it took me 7 hours (5 front, 2 rear) over a weekend. Note I had a skid pan under the transfer case not mentioned in the video, and it should be mentioned the front shafts can slip out their slot in the transfer case and will need to be rotated and inserted before the upper arm can be reattached. The hardest and scariest part was banging on the cast iron to break the tie rods free. It also took the longest due to being over concerned.

I had a good experience fast shipping and all around a great website

Attempted to redeem a $25 promo code online. Called customer service immediately after placing the order.
I was told I had to spend $10 more dollars to get the credit.
So I found another $100 item to buy.
Agent said she could not add any items to the order.
No problem. I said Cancel the order and I'll re-order buying two items and redeem the $25 promo code.
Agent said she could not cancel the order.
So I asked - would you prefer me to receive the order, ship it back, and buy it again?
Agent replied yes I could do that but the promo code would be expired by then
And I'm shaking my head by this point.
What now?
I'll return the item, obviously not buy a second item and extreme terrain will have spent more than $25 in shipping fees, no sales and a lost customer.
