Bought the some rock slides for my bronco and the box came in pretty bad shape but the Rock slides were ok with no damage but missing all the hardware called customer support they understood my problems and got me the missing hardware in amazing speed. -1 star for the condition of the order when received but redeemed with the amazing support and speed of replacement parts.

Order was shipped fast. Until I contacted you no notification on delivery time,we have a pick up depot only but nobody is ever there.they had my phone number but never contacted me. I sent you guys an email and low and behold it arrived at my door an hour later
Ordered carbon fiber hood because it was listed in stock with 2-3 week delivery. 2 weeks after order received email indicating part now on back order and will be another 4 weeks. This was going to be a Christmas gift, but won't arrive until late January. Why did it take 2 weeks to figure out you did not have item available?

I have bought from Extreme Terrian in the past and everything went well but the last time I paid for 2 day shipping because of a Christmas Jeep Parade and didn't receive my package on time. I was not very happy because the package had my lights in it. I will buy from them again.
Extreme Terrain really has there stuff together. I've only had 1 damaged part out of everything I have gotten from. I called customer service and they sent another part next day air because I had my Jeep already taken apart. I will continue to buy my parts from them.
Make sure they don't send via FedEx! Only UPS... FedEx just leaves you stuff anywhere... UPS leaves at door! Received my items, everything is as it should be contextually.
I have ordered many items from Extreme Terrain in the past. They have been delivered seemlessly. The most recent experience with ordering D&C Lucid VSL Vehicle Side lights has been not good. I ordered them on 11/25. There have been no updates as of today, 12/20. Don't know if they have been shipped or even if they exist. Won't be ordering here again and will be challenging the charge on my credit care.
