I recently purchased a new top for my jeep. Website was easy to use found what I needed good descriptions. I figured it would take weeks to recieve but I was wrong shipped out when they said and recieved the top a day earlier then estimated. Installing was easy and fits perfect. Great experience.

This is the second time I have ordered from Extreme Terrain and the parts that their website said would fit my jeep doesn't fit. I got a shade mesh for running topless that on the site said it fit a 2024, but when i got it, it said fits 18-21 jeeps and the cords would not work on the front net. I also got red trim for the overhead speakers that said they fit the 24 and they were 2" to short. I will be contacting them to send these items back.

Shipping was dead on, couldn't be happier with that aspect. Adams driveshaft was very good quality, leaps above the jeep oem shaft. Now we have u joints that can be replaced when needed.

Although I haven't used or installed the jack on my Jeep yet, it is exactly what I expected and arrived quickly. The cost and shipping were similar to Amazon, so I purchased from Extreme Terrain.
Ordered several items got free shipping!
Received 2 different tracking number from ups
Recieved 1 item, second item delayed after several days of waiting and trying to get info from ups with no luck, called extreme terrain back. They couldn't find out anything from ups either. Service rep was nice, tried to do a lost package report but was denied for some reason I assume by his supervisor. So said would refund my money for item. Then redo order for only the missing item. Which was fine except now charged me shipping because didn't meet free shipping amount. When I pointed out not my faulty why should I pay for second shipping, he gave me 10 dollar discount. To cover the shipping charge. Then told me if I do get original delivery and second delivery I'm supposed to call them back and then return one of the orders. What a major pain in the a$$! So now I'm still waiting on something to come in and it has been now over 10 days since first order and my second order is now being processed and probably will be another 7 days before it shows up… at least I hope it shows up!

100% satisfied with the barde bumper. Makes the truck look meaner then the stock bumper. Some scuffs and scrapes from shipping but overall very happy.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
