I've had and continue to have a great experience, every time I make an order. Plenty of items, I love the customer photos and the shipping has been extremely quick. Extreme Terrain has now become my #1 site for all of my Jeep needs.
Ordered a "California Extended Brief Top" for my Jeep Gladiator. Their site stated that the item would be shipped Aug. 9-12. Today the same item is given Aug. 12-14.
I checked my order status and the Tracking state that it will be arriving March 11-13. Thinking that this is some glitch with the system, I started a chat with the Agent.
The agent confirmed that the item will be shipped in March of 2025.
As a first time customer, this maybe the first and last time I order from this company since they state false information on their website.
