I had an issue with my last order but I think they need a little help in several areas. It got resolved in the end. I had to do all the homework for them and have help from my brother sending photos. I am saying this as a career partsman of over 31.5 years of experience in the automotive and powersports/ motorcycle world. At first I was almost ok with it but the more I thought about the policy they had with the pics and time frame I to submit it all, I became irate. Next time I place an order I want a picture sent to me of what I ordered.
I was looking to purchase a frame stiffener for my Jeep Cherokee XJ. I requested to speak to a salesman. That's when I was lucky to receive a call from Rob. Rob was very polite, sounded as if he was very interested about my build. Rob was passionately helping me to purchase a few parts. Rob also looked up future products I am planning to purchase.

I ordered a lug nut tool for my truck. The website and my email said it was for my truck and I took their word for it. Well, the part arrived and it was too big. I tried calling about a return and the nice guy said sorry and tried to connect me to someone to complete it and the call dropped.
I got on the chat and was told I ordered the wrong part. Odd, my email said it was for my truck but I guess I'm the idiot customer.
Now I can't complete the simple return process because I have to send pictures and whatever else and the website won't let me do that. Cmon people. It's a simple tool...not a massive part.

Received the 3 inch leveling kit. It only came with the front parts. Did not match the picture shown. The picture shown online that it had the front and rear parts. It did not have the rear blocks or u bolts as was in the picture
