Customer service was great when trying to determine if the Jeep tire cover had the cutout for camera. Product quality was top notch at this point in time (thick vinyl with quality stitching, waiting to see how weather affects it.

I placed an order based on the website indicating "order by this time on a specific date and receive the item by a specific future date". Well, that simply is not the case. When I contacted the seller, I was told that part of the website is only an estimate. The way it is presented is very misleading. I would not have placed the order if that was made clear on the website. I then proceeded to start a return and was told by the representative he sent me a link to my email and return shipping would be free. Again, not the case. Not only did they deduct the shipping label (supposedly $10 shown on return portion of the website), but there was also an additional $6.61 deducted from the original purchase amount. Steer clear of these shysters!
I ordered a part and yes it was the exact part I was getting but it was about half beaten up but it was definitely an issue on the shipping side, not their fault no one cares about peoples stuff anymore
