We use this website for aftermarket, performance or upgraded parts for vehicles we have at our shop. We have not had any issues with orders, getting parts on time and even when we need returns.
Product still has not arrived but I have received multiple emails asking about my experience. With each email you send, my experience becomes worse and worse and will be sure to mention this when in contact with my offroad group as well as any online forum I'm in. Fix your algorithm and let people decide what they want.

Why you put something on your jeep and you get rid of the old part or it's been modified and you can't use the old part it's not always easy to take that off and send it back while we were waiting on your other part to be replaced and I've got a lot of junk parts from vendors that you guys deal with. I understand it's not your problem or your issue but you know you're gonna have to give us a little something here every once in a while..

Always fantastic customer service. All issues have been resolved. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and really like that they give the open box sales options.
I ordered and paid for two seats and received only one? There is no email or packing slip saying how many, so I know one is coming at a different time? No back-order information? Nothing but FedEx saying your order is delivered?

Product looks great. Happy to receive it a day earlier than expected. Only issue is the poor packing. The sidebars have some scratches on them from shipping. I will be calling extreme terrain to see if any rust resistance paint can be sent to me before I install them. Overall I am happy with the product and extreme terrain company.
I have been researching bumpers that will fit my gladiator sport s, that will work with my tow system. I found customer pics of the bumpers that I liked and found one with a tow system installed. I called in and was connected quickly, I was able to get a military discount and cyber Monday deal. I also used my store credit from a recent suspension purchase. It was a great deal so I ordered it last night. It will be here this Friday. I will share pics after it's installed.

When I ordered the fenders for my tj they were in stock with a delivery on December 3rd to the 4th, 2025. When i checked last night it was still today or tomorrow. But now this morning the expected shipping date is December 10th.
I would have given only 1 star but the woman I spoke to was so nice

I located the order you are referring to and see that the original estimated ship date for the Fenders was 12/3-12/4, and for the Hardware kit, it was 12/4-12/6. I do not see the date of 12/10 that you mentioned, so I apologize for the confusion. I see you have contacted us and informed us that you received it on the 4th. Called on-line techs for installation details but they were not able to provide any information.
There is no information about installation, what's in the box, how it affects the front camera or the sensors. Don't know what to expect when I receive this order.
Ashley did a very nice job answering my questions and assessing my requests. She explained the process and the product, and how it would fit on the Jeep. Overall the ordering process was very good. Now I will wait and see how the Product fits and looks.
Well i liked your product i put on all my Vehicles only thing is when i replace all my vehicles with your product I can't get them back so it is a redue every time I buy a new vehicle so no replacement refund so it is what it is
Ordered an adapter for my head unit and my Tacoma. The next morning I realized I had ordered the wrong part. Chatted with a CSR and the part was canceled and I was refunded.
The lights I am ordering I had to send the first set back because they didn't work. I'm ordering this set because one of the lights I installed has a loose connection and the headlight works intermitenty. I've only had the headlamp less than six months.

I have ordered several items from Extreme Terrain and have been not been unhappy with the quality of any of the parts or the fitment so far.
Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
Answer: Not worth giving this company a second chance. Other more legit companies to purchase from.
