Too many emails, I don't have my parts yet and I have received 10 emails try to sell me more stuff.

I ordered a pair of running boards from ET and received them in record time. Ordered 10/10/24 and received them on 10/14/24. Install went without a hitch, and very easy to install. Solid construction, and solid feel under my feet. Looks really good on the vehicle as well. Love my Sidewinder Running Boards.

I ordered an open package item that described cosmetic damage, ie. Scratched. But it was more than just scratched. The drawer knob had the screw snapped off in it, so I drilled and tapped it. Also the lock mechanism's threads were stripped, so I tapped it as well. There was no key for the lock but I ordered the other drawer and it's key works in the first drawer as well. It is now in functioning condition. Next to install.

This is the third thing I have gotten from Extreme Terrain that was damaged! I have to waste my time and money to send it back without any compensation! I am done ordering from Extreme Terrain!
I was was not happy, when I order sway bar links (2) left and right and also a lift kit for my tacoma. When they got here, a week later, found out the lift kit was for a 07 tundra and two right sway bar links. Called them that Sunday, but all they could do was just take the parts back, but they didn't send me the correct. Just store credit. I am not happy, being this is my only vehicle with kids. Didn't have time to wait on new parts or store credit.

I wasn't impressed at all with the item. It looked like something out of the Flintstones. I sent it back the next day after I received it.
Received by date provided. Connect end of the exhaust pipe was bent. I had to straighten them to install the exhaust. Otherwise easy modification.
So far I have ordered a steel bumper and some decals for my jeep from this company and I have had great customer service. That includes exchanging a bumper because I ordered the wrong one. Process was smooth and easy.
I highly recommend using extreme terrain for your jeep needs. Good pricing too.!
