Manque d information sur les vols de départ vers la Turquie avec la compagnie Turquish Airlines.Aller pas d information que la compagnie opéré avec air Canada on l'a su après avoir eu une grosse panique sachant que la turquish Airlines n a pas de vol à partir de Montréal et il a fallu le deviner!le retour été pire avec le chantage et l'arrogance d'un agent de comptoir qui nous a complique la vie avec le bagage à main.
L'accueil à l'aéroport était à l'heure mais pas plus, le représentant n a pas donné des informations sur l hôtel sur la suite des choses il a appelé juste le Taxi et il est parti
Les hôtels étaient très loin du centre ville et ça nous coûte cher de se déplacer ', il a fallu prendre un taxi pour se déplacer chaque fois.
Le représentant de l agence nous a pas chercher et nous pas tenu informé Qu il faut adhérer à un groupe sur whatsapp pour avoir accès au planning du jours où des journées suivantes. Nous avons su tout cela une fois que nous avions accumulé un $#*! et ce qui a fâché certains mais cette erreur est involontaire de notre part nous n avons pas été accueilli par le guide.Les déplacements entre les villes étaient longs et nous n avons pas profité pleinement d explorer les villes on partait dans l obscurité et rentrait aux hôtel dans l obscurité de plus on perd du temps dans les démonstration des hand manufacture et le shopping :(. . Dans les chambres rarement que nous recevrons une chambre simple c est toujours double avec lit séparé. Absence de Wi-Fi...un voyage peu intéressant très fatigant circuit complet avec des villes touristiques mais pas assez de temps d explorer, un guide manque d empathie et qui voient plus ce Qu l arrange et hâte de rentrer à l hôtel...un bon chauffeur mais je referai pas cet expérience une autre fois.le guide en Espagne été meilleurs... selon les touristes qui sont venus avec nous ils ont pays beaucoup moins cher et je trouve çà injuste et comme si jnous nous sommes fait avoir. Il y a au moins 650 dollars de différence par personne!un peu déçu cette fois si mais le service et les activités reste quand même bon

Exoticca did a great job on most everything. The rooms were great! The hotels were fabulous. The whole trip was awesome. I wasn't too sure about the independent tours, but it all came together for an amazing experience. The 12 days was great. Some of the walking was a lot, but we did it all with style!

This was our second trip with Exoticca. Both were very well planned with great accommodations, transportation and guides. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation.

I loved that our guides were from each area we traveled to.

Everything is beautiful scenery,friendly people, good foods and accommodation is good.

We went to this trip as a group of 5 and we had an unforgettable experience of South America its food, customs and incredible landscapes! The itinerary that Exoticca put together was amazing for the price we paid for this trip.

There was so much to see and very educational as well. The street food was delicious. Our tour guide, Mario was very knowledgeable and catered to all our needs. The driver, Polo was just excellent.

The value for all the experiences with Exoticca was beyond expectations. We enjoyed the two safaris, swimming with sharks and Cape Town adventures. The guides and logistics were awesome. We had previously done an incredible South America adventure to Patagonia and Argentinia and this matched that awesome experience. The app had all our details and we never wasted time as you could do in tours waiting for others. The accommodations and food were awesome.

Portugal was my 3rd trip with Exoticca and once again, they never disappoint.(I've also done Ecuador and Iceland). Everything from the selection of tours, to the finish of the trip, is always impressive. Exoticca makes it so easy because they take care of everything, including booking flights, transfers, hotels and excursions. Everything is always so organized and I highly recommend installing the app as it gives you live updates during the entire trip. The communication from the tour guide is always clear and they are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Not to mention how well informed they are during your tour and provide you with some wonderful history of your destination. I will be looking into my 4th trip with Exoticca for the spring of 2025. Exoticca has me hooked and I have told all my friends and family to book with them. I highly recommend!

We were planning a trip to Italy and found the "Italy - Escorted External Cities" 9 day tour here on Exoticca. It looked like it would be a great experience- being able to see some of the bigger cities and some of the smaller towns (and enjoy the scenery from the bus in between). We also decided to include all of the "optional" tours (with the exception of the Uffizi Gallery- we decided to skip this one); they were worth it. The local guides for the walking tours were very knowledgeable and interesting. Our tour group leader Lucia was the best- she kept us entertained with various stories and helped us find really good local restaurants. This whole trip was amazing; would highly recommend.

This was my second trip with Exotica with a friend. From start to finish this trip was wonderful. Our hotels were great (we upgraded to superior), the tour guides were fantastic...especially Ricardo who was with us for a week, transportation was great and the tours were fantastic. My only comment was that I was disappointed we did not have a tour in Fatima, only an overnight stay so we visited the Shrine on our own.

This was my first trip with Exoticca, was lucky to have Sara as our guide, she is very knowledgeable about Italian history, we learned a lot from her lectures. She was also very patient and took care of everyone's needs.

This company is great. I was leary at first with the name and how adorable the prices were, surely it's a scam site I thought. But quite the contrary it was wonderful. The entire tour went so smooth. When we met up with a larger group a few days in the tour guide was very attentive. She stayed with us the entire time and updated us every day of the itinerary. "Follow the leader" was great! We did the 11 days adventrue tour in Italy so when we departed from the 11 day group all the transfers back to our other destination were very comfortable. The drivers were all very nice. The hotels were all very clean and comfortable also. 10 out 10 would travel with this company again!

My husband and I went on a tour of Italy from Rome Northward, Florance, Venice, ending in Milan along with Lake Como and Lugano, Switzerland. We saw Rome for 2 days before heading to Florence and spending a couple of hours in Orvieto and Assisi along the way. I really loved the hour and a half we spent in Orvieto and Assisi and would love to spend a couple of days there in the future. We then spent a two or three days in Florence before heading to Venice, seeing I think Bologna and Pavlova briefly along the way. We spent a couple of days in Venice (wish we had 1 more day in Venice) and then more than half of our tour group went home, and the other half - my husband and I included - headed to Milan for an optional 'self-guided' tour along with 2 other couples. Everyone who went to Milan spent two days where we visited the iconic Duomo Cathedral and shopped at the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. For the 'self-guided' tour, we were given all tickets, directions via the Exoticca appt and through Whatsapp as to what to do, where to meet the local guide, directions for bus tour for full-day excursion to Lake Como, Bellagio and Lugano, Switzerland. Again, when back at the hotel for Airport return in the morning, our driver was there to pick us up at 3am to very early flight back to US. Would have loved to get a little better hotels than what we were promised (4-start) but they were actually better than what some of the reviews stated.

We couldn't be happier with this awesome trip we had to Italy with Exoticca and its tour guides.

The two tours that we've taken with Exoticca have been amazing. Our flights, however, haven't always worked out the best. In order to make one connecting flight I requested handicap assistance. Because of that, we made the connection. I didn't request handicap assistance on the return flight, so they closed the plane doors on us. It also is upsetting to me that Exoticca can't book people who are traveling companions with each other on the flights.

I'm very grateful to everyone who put efforts to organize an amazing trip to Italy. Starting from the communication with customer service before the trip and including the entire program organized for this trip everything was excellent. I did not have to worry about anything, like the transportation to and from the airports, accommodation in good hotels, comfort during the trips from city to city, interesting and very informative excursions. Especially I am grateful to our guide who accompanied us during the trip and was very friendly and helpful.

Great mix of included-in-price and optional activities. Even after adding on the cost of optional activities the trip gave good value for the price.

When you return from your solo vacation and IMMEDIATELY send your family a group text planning a trip back to the country you just came from - that's how you know you had a great vacation! I went on the group tour to Italy alone (I'm female), not knowing anyone else in the group prior to the trip. Italy is such a great place with amazing food and beautiful sites, but what really did it for me was the tour guide (Alessia) and the sense of family that she established with the group. By the end of the tour many of us had exchanged numbers to stay in touch after the tour was over. She was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient (age range of the group was 6-81 years old) and funny! I'm vegan and she gave me great restaurant recommendations as well as shopping recommendations for specific items I was looking to bring back home. I highly recommend going to Italy with Exoticca!

Loved the bus and walking tours, tour guide was well informed and even helped after hours.

I enjoyed the overall tour particularly with Mehmet doing a nice job as the long term guide and Eda was great too. For an older person breaks are key because with no bathroom on the bus and early starts which affect my biorhythm, Exoticca did a good job. I would say the traffic in Turkey is bad at times particularly in Istanbul. One fact that I didn't like that smoking was allowed in restaurants and second hand smoke is not good to breathe so I cut short one visit in a restaurant because of the cigarette smoke. The ruins were fascinating particularly the coliseums and going in November was smarter because I can't imagine visiting the ruins during the peak of tourism season where it might be elbow to elbow.

The trip was jam packed, we went to and saw so many incredible sites. The guides in Jordan and Egypt were excellent, both had so much knowledge about the places we saw, they made the trip very interesting.
