Should not have two different speaking groups on same bus with no toilet. The Spanish was rude and spoke the whole time when our tour guide was speaking and we would be quiet when there's was speaking. Too much people on bus our English group got very sick diarrhea, vomitting, headaches

We were a little nervous about going to Egypt, but now after going, it was definitely worth it! We didn't feel uncomfortable as the guides and people assisting were right there to help every step of the way. Our tour guide Muhammed was excellent! He answered all our questions, and was very knowledgeable on all the excursions! We definitely got an education on the history of Egypt. The pyramids, the Temples, and other excursions were incredible and fascinating! It was quite an Adventure and would definitely recommend it to others.

The trip was very hurried and fast pasted. Start times were every early. Accommodations were great except for the first one which had no heat no A/C. The guides were very good especially Mohammad.

Overall, the tour was great and well organized. Hotel choices were excellent. The bus tour could have been better had it not for some tourists who were so loud inside the bus without regards to others who wanted some peace, especially for long trips. The coordinator could have provided some bus guidelines at the start of the bus trips.

Overall we were pleased with our experience. Our tour guides were excellent.

Most of the trip was great! Saw lots of great places: several safaris that were amazing (lots of African animals). The hotels were very nice (clean, comfortable and safari-style). Food was great. Tour guides were on time, cheery and informative.

Our trip to Morocco was beyond our expectations. Our guide Yousef and driver Rasheed went above and beyond. Everything went smoothly- beautiful country. We will book again with Exoticca.

Everything from the price, to the logistics, to the communication, and quality was great. Will definitely be booking another trip!

We just returned from a 9 Day Adventure in Egypt booked through Exoticca. What an amazing experience! We couldn't have been more pleased with the personal attention we received at each step of the tour. We were able to enjoy the trip and not worry about logistics. Exoticca took care of every detail no matter how small.

Right from the very beginning, Exoticca made it very easy to plan a very spontaneous trip at the first sight of their advertisement for a trip to Portugal. What made it even more inviting we the ability to book flights from our home state of Minnesota. Normally flights on these package trips are not available from Minneapolis. We booked our trip only weeks before our departure date and found all the information we needed on the Exoticca app, all detailed about our specific trip. Flights, hotel stays, and a guideline of our itinerary were all in the app. Once we arrived, we found it very easy to find our Exoticca representative at the airport for our ride to the hotel. We highly recommend adding on the ability of an early checkin to our first hotel as we were able to get into our rooms hours before the normal checkin. After we rested, we were going out to explore Lisbon and find lunch while the rest of our tour group was just checking in. The next day we met our guide, Eduardo, and he took care of everything we needed, questions we needed answered, and provided us with his knowledge and approachable, relaxing ways. Each day we had sufficient 'time on our own' to find lunch/dinner, explore our surroundings, and relax and rest up for the next day. This was our first "bus tour" and we found it very enjoyable after having thought we would usually prefer to be on our own. With this tour, we were able to see so much for of what Portugal has to offer with the expertise of an excellent guide and a very talented bus driver, Sergio. We will definitely be traveling with Exoticca again!

I have been on two tours with Exotica, both were expertly planned and executed. Guides and drivers were knowledgeable and welcoming to their respective countries. I have another trip booked already and am looking to add a 4th. Love this company!

Great accomodation, great transportation, friendly and informative drivers, and passionate tour guides made for an enjoyable first trip to Costa Rica

My husband really wanted this trip and enjoyed it.

I had always wanted to go to Machu Picchu. After receiving a couple of emails about the trips offered to that part of the world, I decided to take the trip. This was my very first time relying on a company to do the work for me in relation to set everything up for the trip. So I was not sure what to expect.
The trip was awesome, very well organized and we were always informed about what it was coming next.
In this trip I did not do any extra excursions, I guess what it comes by default is enough really for the days we were there. That left us with some time to explore Lima and Cusco by ourselves and go wherever we wanted to go.

Wonderful trip to the Galapagos. Guides were excellent and informative which enhanced the whole experience. Just enough tours and free time so you didn't feel continually rushing from place to place.
Only downside were flights. Airlines were very basic and didn't even provide free coffee or tea. Seats were narrow and crammed, even on long distance flights.

I cam back satisfied with my choice and trip to Egypt. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.

Accommodations were good and included food was local and excellent. It was good that we had some free time in Quito and San Cristobal and were able to organize excursions that matched our activity desires. We made all our connections with our flights but one of the connections was tight (we carried on our luggage). Overall a great father/son adventure trip!

Cities, Moonscapes and Mystic Easter Island in the summer month of January. A nature trip of extreme environments, arid desert, volcanoes, mountains, and a lush tropical island and how past and present indigenous cultures cope with these challenges. It is a trip for very active adults who have more than a passing interest in geology, ecology, archeology, and astronomy. For those, it is well worth your time. Be aware that there are extensive hikes, uphill climbs on sand and rocks, and high altitude tours (>14,000 feet) in the Andes. The trip consists mainly of day and night planned and optional excursions with bilingual guides using Santiago as a way station. The city part is negligible and this is not a foodies trip although you can get good food at reasonable prices at all locations. The hotels are appropriate for their setting with WiFi, room fridges, and modern remote controlled AC and bathrooms, however the quality of the buffet breakfasts varied significantly. Exotica uses WhatsApp to direct you, especially with the airports and transfers, which can be a challenge. In all it is an unusual location: Chile has the driest desert in the world, the clearest night sky, the combination of mountains and volcanoes next to the desert and an island of lush vegetation and pristine ocean inhabited by local natives and archeologists. Be sure to bring sunblock, sun hat, walking poles, rain gear for the island, and some fluency in Spanish.

Trip was very organize. Hotels are close to public transportations. Instructions are clear and very organize.
