Awesome location with everything you could need within 5 minutes. House was very well stocked. We spent time on the lake and fishing off the dock was good. Weather was perfect during the entire visit. We will be returning next year.

We had a great time at this place near Alexandria. The home was just right for our family of fourteen. Six bedrooms and the upstairs bed loft was great for our grandkids. Very well kept and set up perfectly for dinner, games, coffee, etc. Short walk to a private dock where we kept a boat for the week. Luckily no storms during our weeks stay, but if we would have had a rainy day there were plenty things to do inside. The screen enclosed hot tub was a hit for all. One thing that would improve the place for larger families would be more fridge space. We brought most of our food for a week but struggled to get everything in the fridge even with the small fridges downstairs. There is an interstate on the front side of the house that had a fair amount of traffic noise but the rear of the house with the deck it was hardly noticeable. Other than that we loved the place and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Our gang of gals get together for a long weekend once a year, this house on the water was perfect! We all slept comfortably and could walk to a couple of places! We all were happy with the location and all the amenities!

It's a beautiful cabin located in rural Ohio in a beautiful wooded area if you like wild animals there's plenty to be seen deer turkeys squirrel rabbits birds of all shapes and colors and if you're lucky a bear. It's close enough to towns and several restaurants that are very good including the Bob Evans and a little corner store in Porter I have excellent hamburgers and pizzas so I would say we really enjoyed the stay

Plenty of space, owner very nice made us feel welcomed. Didn't need for anything. The bathrooms were amazing especially for my Mom who needs assistance with her daily activities

From the day I called to get information in reference to starting my short term rental journey. Each person that I spoke with lead me in the right direction. They were very informative and helpful also knowledgeable! I am very happy that I chose Evolve

We booked a condo in May and got a confirmation email through booking.com. We paid for the condo in July. I called 4 days before check-in to ask a question, and they said our reservation was pending. How can it be pending if I have a confirmation number and they took our money! I was put on hold and then told we couldn't have the rental and they couldn't refund our money. We'd have to go through booking.com. I will be very careful to make sure future rentals do not involve evolve!

We had a wonderful vacation at Uncle John's cabin on Blind Sodus Bay. It was so comfortable and well appointed and our host, Mary Connery, made the stay even more memorable. She was so helpful! Our favorite part was sitting on the sun porch in the morning and enjoying the spectacular view, binoculars provided! Watching the swans that live in the bay did not disappoint. It's located in a lovely quiet neighborhood that provided us with a relaxing week, just what we were looking for. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and there's plenty of road for a relaxing walk. Meals were easy to prepare in the well stocked kitchen with a beautiful grill right outside the door. Beautiful Fair Haven State Park is a short drive away, as are restaurants, and points of interest. It was the vacation that we were looking for.

We had an awesome time in Branson. Our rental was exactly what we needed for our family get away. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Our granddaughter loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds and squirrels. We even saw a bald eagle during our stay.

It was a great place to stay! Loved it! Highly recommend it.

From the time I reached out to reserve the cabin to the day of arrival, the communication was excellent. The cabin was exactly as advertised.
