The kitchen, outdoor BBQ/seating, and game barn are the stars of the property. Both will keep a multi-generational trip well entertained and well fed. We had 24 hours together as a family coming from all directions and ranged in ages from 6 to 78. Everyone had fun. We grilled, had a bonfire, watched movies, played pool, and still didn't use all of the space. The home is historic, on the river, and in the woods, so expect that type of vibe; some spaces have been well-loved. The kitchen is brand-new and well stocked with utensils, crockery, etc. A flock of wild turkeys wandered through in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee. It was pretty cool! Communication was great and immediate. An easy drive to Salida or the Royal Gorge.
Everything was good with this place it had a balcony overlooking the beach plenty of room bed was comfortable full kitchen resturant was on the bottom floor if you did't want to leave to get something to eat.if i go back to myrtle beach i would look into renting here again.

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless and fresh. TV worked fine with Roku system. The water is very soft making it hard to rinse soap but not much can be done about that.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great - just a 10 minute walk to the Shaw-Howard Metro as well as having several restaurant options close by. The stairs are pretty creaky, but we didn't mind that. The third bedroom is accessed through the master suite, and would be sharing the master bath probably - something to keep in mind. Austin was very responsive to any questions.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We did not have any issues as the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookies supplies and some spices as well. Only thing we would change is the camera on the patio. Perhaps turn it off when guests are home. I did not like the feeling of "is someone watching us" while we were outside. Other than that, we enjoyed out time.

We love the quirky decor, and the place is huge. The best part is the woman that manages it, Lori --she is absolutely WONDERFUL. If you need anything she is right there for you. The place is very clean (this is our second time), we have everything we need to start or vacation.

Really enjoyed staying at this rental. The nice thing about the house is location to downtown Manitou. It's just a 5-minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. It's also close to a lot of other attractions in the area. The house itself was clean with an updated kitchen. Upstairs master bedroom was spacious with a walk-in shower. Check in was super easy.
