My delivery was not so good this time. Not their fault as one bottle was open and was open and spilled in the bag. Prefer when shipped in a small box, not a plastic bag. Had to throw one out as it was open. Otherwise, very happy with them.

I am currently living in Mexico and with the virus not traveling back to US. So looking to order some vitmains we use and I saw a very good selection on eVitmanis. So order placed on July 17. Its now August 11 and based on tracking they provide it is still sitting in the US. I know it should take longer to deliver to Mexico than US order but this is absurd. They are saying because of the virus less flights etc. Well we have made ordered via Amazon Mexico and had no problems like this. The order was via DHL ecomerace. We have two other orders still outstanding and that will be the last time with eVitmanis.
Due to the incorrectly stated price of the goods (twice the price paid), I had to handle the customs procedure and pay additional fees. The goods can be returned within 30 days, but the goods were delivered after 4 months. They say they are sorry, but goods cannot be returned. EVitamins never again.

Ordered 2 months ago and never received products because they advertise some of the lowest prices on the internet, there in that lies the first part of their bait and switch scam. Called customer service to address my problem and she said she was unsure why my order hadn't been shipped because all but one item in stock. She was supposed to email me after she further researched the issue and I never received anything. I think that they are a start up company, listing merchandise when it's not in stock, meanwhile people are making orders and waiting while stock at other reputable business is being sold out. This company is selling you out, not to be trusted, hasn't got back to me in email and this has nothing to do with Covid-19, every other establishment has gotten back orders to me. This company is untrustworthy, unscrupulous, and therefore will hopefully disappear soon, and not cause anymore disruptions in peoples lives solely for their own profits and gains.
They didn't even bother shipping my order for several days, then use the WORST shipping service possible, FedEx Smart Post. Evitamins has had my money now for 15 days & I STILL don't have my order, not even international either. HORRIBLE service! Never ordering through Evitamins again
Evitamins claim that once your reward credit balance is over 300$, you can get cash back. What they did with me is, the minute my reward credit balance exceeded 300$ they suspended my account. So I cannot purchase anything from their site whether I'm using my reward balance or not. I also can't get cash back. I contacted them and It's been 3 months now and still nothing happened, my account is still suspended. I asked them to delete my account permanently because I no longer wanna buy anything from this scam website, and still nothing happened. They don't wanna unsuspended my account and they don't wanna delete my account.
Run away from this website, stick to other great websites like iherb.
I ordered a supplement very important for a treatment of a cancer patient, 40 days ago, this company does not have idea how to send products overseas, they do not provide a international tracking number and they are not responsible at all. Conclusion I do NOT have the product and I do NOT have my money! I do NOT recommend this company.
