Rec'd notice credit card declined on Value pay. Lost wallet, cd. Replaced. Called Evine with new no. Thought matter cleared up. Staff didn't tell me it had to be done on all Value Payment. Said I was going to clelection. Called Evine 2 more times. Enept staff didn't do required action. Ended up in collection. Value Pay at Evine jeopardizes your credit. DON'T EVER USE IT!

I ordered a pair of rain boots from Evine. They were not true to size and felt much larger than a 9. In asking what Evine would charge for my return, I was told they would deduct 6.99 + shipping which was fine+ an additional $9:99, which would mean I would receive $8:99 of the $25:97+6.99(SHIPPING) I paid for the boots.
I consider that AN UNFAIR RETURN POLICY for they do not tell you that in plain sight when an order is placed.

Bought a watch for my son for christmas 2017, but he didnt like it, so i was going to return with the label that came with the watch. I called the company only to find out they are going to charge me for what they call the "smart label" $7.95? Since when do you pay for a return label? Never again will i shop with Evine. They dont tell you first order with them.

This company sucks, terrible service, returned a item, took over 3 weeks for them to issue credit and even then the amount was incorrect. Terrible Terrible, save your self the frustration

Horrible

I ordered an Apple ipad from them on Dec 14th, on my debit card and the funds is still being held. On Dec 15, a hard credit was done on my credit report; am mad about because i did not give them authorization to do. I called to cancel my order, I was told the item shipped, so I should send the item back to sender when I receive it. I will neva, neva, neva order from them again.

Lifelock alerted me of a credit inquiry on my credit report from Evine. I pay for everything I buy from Evine and they should not do a "credit inquiry" on me. I think my purchases from Evine are done. Only QVC or HSN-more reputable.

Purchased a tv that had an extended two year warranty and could only be sent back up to 30 days... well turns out no extended warranty according to manufacture and within three months, tv would no longer turn on... it was an expensive 55 in uhd that i will be paying on for three years through financing and evine won't stand behind there tv advertisement despite so many calls, in fact Samsung told me it was a hoax!

No more clothes

I received 2 beautiful blouses and leggings as a gift from my daughter. The fit is perfect and the leggings are so very comfortable. However, after ONE time in the washing machine, following the care instructions on the tag, the tassel/ties shredded on each shirt! The tassel pieces were found on the bottom of the washer. I own quite a bit of clothing purchased through Evine, but WILL NOT be buying any more. Customer service won't help me because I didn't make the purchase. When my daughter calls all she gets is put on hold or transferred to other people, a big run around. Evine clothing isn't worth the money. Will shop elsewhere.

I ordered a mobile phone for my son Birthday. Phone never came in the box. I called Evine they told me i needed to open a Claim and wait more 7 days to get my refund. I told them if i could get another phone they said needed to charge me again. These people only care about themselves not the customers. Dont buy there you will regret it. Never again. Horrible

Guys DO NOT order thru Evine.
HSN n QVC are more dependable.
I by mistake selected Express Buy n ordered 2 similar products! When I called to cancel as status showed processing they refused claiming its been shipped! I got shipped notification after 4 days!
Complete waste of time and zero business ethics. DONOT use Evine!

It is now September 15,2017. I have been asking Evine for a replacement "smart" label to return some defective socks Since August 18,2017. I am logging my requests now with supervisors "promising" me it will go out the next day and I never receive it. I am not only angry and feel defrauded because of false claims on these Tommie Copper socks, but it feels like this company is on the verge of bankruptcy or something. I have never experience such incompetence in any online shopping experience. Apparently, there is serious financial problems at Evine, but I still WANT MY MONEY BACK! Maybe they are going out of business because they are charlatans!

Invicta warranty a scam!

So disappointed that Evine promotes this company and its products and often touts the "great" warranty. Well, here's the catch with the warranty - they charge you $28 to send your watch in to them, so if you don't want to be without it for weeks and pay $28 to simply have the battery changed, you void your warranty! I had to have a watch that I liked repaired under warranty, and because I had replaced the battery on my own, they would not honor the warranty saying that if the caseback is opened by anyone other then them for ANY reason, the warranty is null and void. What stupidity! What a scam! I'll never buy Invicta again will close my Evine account.

I bought it in dec 2016. It broke 4 months later. When I call evine. They said to call the warranty company. That's is Invicta in Salt Lake Utah. Lets just say so much for the 1 year warranty. It cost me $86.00 to get it fixed oh plus another $28.00 for ins. And shipping cost... so think Twice before you buy a Invicta watch.

I have bought numerous items with satisfaction until I had to deal with customer service. This company has too many layers of poor management to continue to purchase anything, regardless of the price. Cheap is too expensive at this company.

I purchased a Auuschka wallet paid over 100.00. Within two months wallet is falling apart. EVINE is making me feel with company because it is over 30 days. They should stand behind product. Never again

Dear Brittany,
So I checked again today, Evine still shows the incorrect address on my account.

Yesterday in checking the possible location of my order. In speaking with the clerk she saw my billing address was correct, yet my address in auto ship still had not been updated. She mentioned that they often are last in getting the updates...?
So now since 7/18 /2017 I have had daily communication with Evine. As of 7/26/17
My address still is showing incorrectly.
The Billing dept updated, yet no other updates.
My communications with you are abrupt and seemingly uninterested in the fact I called 7/18, As the charges for your product was posted to my account. My information on the posting came from the bank not from Evine. I have emailed and called daily, yet my address in my records are not completely updated.
I would prefer to have my case sent to your supervisor, as you seem to have no ability to find my products or assist me.
As I stated I called Evine in time to get the shipper the correct information, however Evine did not have the correct tracking number, and Evine did not have the correct date of delivery.

This I will post to reviews, as I have attempted to receive some assistance from Evine and you have offered no assistance.
Please for the future send an email to your client and get the tracking numbers correct and the dates of delivery correct.

If customer service is important to you than you would see there were several chances for Evine to help and they chose not to help.
