I order $400 work of jewelry that was morganite. The gentleman said it would never turn and the gems were real.

Ha ha! I just laugh when I turn on their channel now. They are a farce... and sell cheap jewelry at a ridiculous price

Best makeup ever!

I seriously have tried about 100 different makeup lines. The prices ranging from $5 to $65. Skinn cosmetics foundation is the best thing I've ever used. My search is finally over, thank god. I could list everything I love about it, but will just say that it's perfect for my skin. Im 62 and have age spot that I hate. I also have wrinkled under my eyes, not bad though. I've taken care of my skin. The foundation covers and conceals everything without looking like a mask. I almost cried when i realized it was what ive been looking for, exactly. So now, after 20 yrs of trying everything, I use ONLY skinn shampoo, skinn cosmetics and skinn skincare. Thank u Dimitri. You really do care and tell the truth about what u sell.

Poor shipping practices and rude customer service reps. When you get someone from the Presidents office they are even ruder and non helpful. Shop elsewhere and save the headaches.

COMPANY SOLD ME DEFECTIVE WATCH AND WOULD NOT TAKE BACK AND SEND ONE THAT WAS NOT DEFECTIVE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE THEM MONEY FOR NOTHING. SUPERVISOR NASTY AND DOES NOTHING TO CORRECT SITUATION

I ordered a gel fiber matress pad.The hostess presented it so highly. Could'nt wait to return it,, another shock! It cost me 1/2 of purchase price $47.22 to return. The pad bunched up, went flat where you slept and was like hills & valleys. Customer service accepted no responsibility even after speaking to a supervisor it was tough luck. They really have no care about a good customer that I have been so I will never shop with them again. Too bad because I really like Demetris skinn products. Unhappy customer!

Shipping scam

I ordered several watch sat the same time and the couldn't ship them together, they charged me shipping on each watch that cost $50 dollars. By by saving, Amazon much better company.

Where do i began, if you order more than 1 item at a time, they charge you for each one and ship them all in the SAME BOX! By the time they are finished, you have paid enough for 2 day shipping. Then when your order processes for 3-4 days before it's even shipped out and they ship it the cheapest/slowest way possible, after you paid all those shipping fees & let's not forget the tax too. And god forbid you have to return something" guess who pays? You do.

Received notice that a hard copy of my credit report pulled, by Evine, resulting in dinging my credit score by 10 points. Contacted Evine Credit Dept. and talked with Linell, who said she was a supervisor, and she stated that they pull a credit report once a year, on every customer who uses value pay. She also stated that customers are informed of this on banners that appear periodically on the TV, and also on the Internet. Never have seen that on TV and checked on Internet and found a sentence that stated they MAY check your credit. Does not say they do this once a year! I've dealt with this company over many years, through all their name changes, and always used the same AM EX that I've had for over 30 yrs, and this has not been a procedure used in the past. They are not being forthright about their business practices. So if you don't want you credit score dinged, stay away from using value pay, or Evine all together!

While Evine's phone representatives are friendly and helpful, the level of service this company provides for communicating any delays in delivery are terrible. I placed and order 4 weeks ago with a delivery window of 7 days if placed in a certain time frame - to which I met. Now a month later, I still have not received my order. I was assured multiple times that my package would deliver on time. I have called now a 3rd time and am now getting a new excuse for the reason it still has not shipped. There has been not one courtesy email or call, no communication instigated by Evine to advise of the delay on my order. NOTTA, ZILCH, ZERO!

Not nearly enough money being saved to off set my frustration and disappointment! This will be my first and last time buying from here and STRONGLY suggest to all others to shop elsewhere as well.

My mother generously ordered my 2 children Hoverboards for Christmas from Evine. Upon arrival and checking boards out we noticed a couple of things, first was not the brand ordered and second the Lithium battery that was supposed to be Samsung was a "no name". With all of the news of these hoverboards catching fire( due to cheap wiring & bad batteries) we immediately contacted Evine as well as the company on the hoverboard. Evine had No answers, but the company Orbit, was full of them. First off Orbit did not make them, Orbit is a company located in Florida and they do not do business with Evine! They do however sell boards, but call them Waves and are made in the USA. Called Evine back & after giving me the run around told me, i was correct it was not Orbit, but a company named World Toy tech(i couldnt find them on their website!
My point, all i requested from Evine was a paid return voucher for their bogus product, not much I thought since they sent me a " fake" product. According to them they only send vochers for defective products? I asked to speak with a Supervisor, no surprise, they would have to call me back, i was Ok w/ that and gave them my phone number instead of my Elderly mothers. Few hours pass & my mother calls me telling me they refused the return label( they were supposed to call me) i call them again, explained the situation again & upon giving Joshua my phone number he tells me the supervisor can only call the account holder back, i said fine, I'll hold, Joshua replied" there is no holding for a superviser, they can only call the account holder back" Really, no supervisor, that in itself is just wrong!
Whatever, i said i wanted to leave a message with all of the info than and my phone number once again, he took it, but ended with... They will only call account holder back!
Thank God the credit card company has stop payment! You cant advertise a product with

A bogus company name on it & not expect reaction! Also in order to put this review you have to hit a star, this company is not worthy of any stars, but i needed to send it through

I order a TV and after a week I received a call from the delivery company that the TV was "lost". After more than a two weeks from the day I placed the order of non answers and non responsiveness from EVINE I was finally able to get both the deliver company and EVINE to acknowledge that the TV was lost. Guess what they did for? Told me I could file a claim to get me money back. Worst customer service from a large company I have EVER received.

I ordered the swagway. I paid the shipping when I ordered. I decided this thing was dangerous so I returned it. I paid the shipping. When Evine processed my refund they took shipping charges out again.No more Evine for me. Back to QVC I go. They are the best. Evine, you do bad business.

First let me say, this is the worst company ever. I started getting hang up calls so I finally did a reverse look up and it turned out to be Evine. I called them back and they accused me of non payment. I had plenty of money and my card was working every where else so it took me a long time to find out what was going on. I finally found out my bank's fraud department flagged them for fraudulent activities and wouldn't process my payment to them. In the mean time (5 days) Evine started collections and started calling and harassing my 80 year old parents who live in another city. They told them I'm a deadbeat and not making my payments. That is a violation of my privacy and totally illegal. I don't even know who else they called. It took a few days to get everything paid off on another card then I asked them to remove my information and close my account. They closed my account but will not remove my private information. Read the reviews here and the reviews on their Facebook page etc. This company is one of the worst ever. It was ok before it became Evine but now it has changed. They don't care about laws. They just do what ever they want to. And they really do not care about customers at all. Definitely not a good idea to shop there.

Saved Me Hundreds!

Just had to write this review as Evine with its six value pays and sale prices has allowed me to buy all my Xmas gifts and not go into Xmas debt!

Take time to explore the site. They have a good focus on helping consumers get quality merchandise at unbelievable values! Just want to make a shout out to Laura Duffek on Evine. She is an awesome spokesperson for Cozelle and Simmons. If you watch her on Evine you will get some if the best values ever.

I am a avid home shopping person as I believe in saving gas! Evine also saves you on shipping charges which is an added bonus. As we get into full Xmas mode, you will find so much to choose from on Evine. Don't pay high retail! Happy Holidays.

I have never been disappointed in the service, quality of goods or prices. Love the site and watch it daily online and on cable. My all time favorite, the service is on the level of Neiman Marcus, Love it.

I was making a small purchase using the FLEX PAY OPTION offered like HSN and QVC and EVINE cancels my order with no explanation and then 3 days later I got a letter from EQUIFAX about EVINE researching my credit. I am pissed I did not give anyone permission to run a credit check on me nor did I give my SS# or DOB. HOW are they legally doing this without such information?
BUYER be WARE use HSN or QVC.

I was a member for years. They lost a return but eventually found it and refunded me. Now they will not give me the value pays because of their error! Why do I stay- because Suzanne Sumers comes by at times! Try to get customer service - Ha

Ordered a refrigerator from using the ValuePay option. Paid the first installment, tax and $99 SHIPPING CHARGE, only to be told by trucking company making the delivery that I would have to it down from the truck and haul it in my house myself since Evine did not authorize a lift gate! What!? I refused the delivery as the website states the item will be brought to the door. Well here we are 5 weeks later and countless phone calls and still have not received my money back. Reported to Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE! P.S. The last "customer service" rep hung up on me.
