I ordered from the site as it was recommended to me and I received an empty box today. I called CS and they tell me to ship the box to them. Ummm it is empty. Does that make sense? I can order another one, they tell me and pay for it and when they receive the box they will credit tme. Umm no. I just want what I ordered. Frustrating!
I called regarding my purchase. The rep was rude because in the middle of explaining something the rep just cut me off and hung up in the middle of me talking! This is not a way to do business beside the fact that I had to waste my time by calling back to resolve my problem!
Returned a 55 t v because it was damaged. This was about 5 weeks ago. I keep calling to get my refund and i keep getting an apology saying basically it will get expidited an you shall get your refund between 3-5 days.as of now it has been 4wks. Nothings changed. Last time using this company.
Stoopidly (stupid is as stupid does right?) I purchased a few items off their TV infoM. Took almost 3 weeks to get. One item shipped directly from "manufacturer" (right, out of the country!) Called them the day after I got it, asked for a return merchandise code, since the non us product didn't come with a return label like the crappy little US item did) convenient. Called them, on hold for over 40 minutes both times. Finally I get someone, and she is a complete $#*!. Got rude, kept interrupting me (apparently she had something to say!) Finally she agrees to send me a prepaid label to return it. I do so. Two weeks pass, and no credit is issued. I call again (it's been over a month) Another guy gets on, promises that my credit card would be credited that very day (and then there is this property in Florida...) One, Two, Three days pass. Nothing. Call back today. Another agent tells me it got done today... I ask why today and not three days ago as promised. She said she didn't know, but would make sure it got done today. I said " but you said it was already done" She said yes. Do I want to talk to credit dept. I did. Transfer to another agent who says, "it's not her job" but she can verify that a credit went out today" then went on to say it might take 3 to 5 business banking days for the credit to show up at my bank. LOLOL... I told her "Congress passes laws quicker" Amazing how a company that has a budget to do informercials, can be such scammers. The first OOMPA LOOMPA compensated me by giving me a 10:00 credit to buy something else! Right. NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM EVINE. EVER. PERIOD.
This by far the worst customer service I have ever had! They're very dismissive and reps will yell and speak over you! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Customer BEWARE! When you use VALUEPAY, ENVINE checks your credit, and it is a HARD HIT! I have read everywhere on their site, and I could not locate anything about them doing an inquiry on your credit. Is it in such small that you need a magnifying glass to read? Where did I miss this information? I did not apply for a credit card. I only used the VALUEPAY they offer. I called customer service to inquire why they made an an inquiry on my credit report. Received no reasonable explanation, just that it will not be removed! I have shopped with HSN, QVC and used easy pays and have never seen an inquiry on my credit report! And I do not understand how they got my Social Security number! WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE
I always buy from QVC and HSN and it has never been a nightmare like evine. Costumer Service is terrible, slow and expensive shipping.
The products are not as they advertise on TV. As a customer I will not be doing business with EVINE again.
I have been a customer of shop hq for a number of years until now. Since it has changed to Evine it has been a nightmare to deal with. I agree with all the other reviews. I ordered an item and told the operator that I wanted to pay in full but instead she put it on value pay. When I found this out I called and paid it off and they are still the value payments out of my account, and don't even bother calling " Customer Service" they will not be any help.

Bought through. QVC, HSN are really good. They care about their customers. BUT EVINE Customer Service (if you feel like waiting that long to speak to someone) is the most Matter of Fact, Uncaring, Unfriendly you will ever deal with all the way to Superviser to (get this) the presidents office at the corporate offices! No wonder the consumer ratings are SO LOW. Check them out. Save Yourself the Frustration and Shop at QVC.

I forgot to add this tidbit to my 1st review - Evine also told me that my son was also "BANNED FOR LIFE" for using VALUE PAY because we lived at the SAME ADDRESS! WHAT! So I asked, "you mean if 8 different people live at this address, having their own bank acct's, they were banned for life also? They said YES! - Now mind you, my son & I have SEPARTATE BANK ACCT'S and he had NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING from these RIP OFF ARTIST before! So, BUYERS BEWARE - you have been warned!
Evine not crediting all payments made and now getting threatening email from Synchrony Bank for nonpayment. Bank statement shows when payments were made and sent copy of bank withdrawals to Evine to no avail. Evine needs to clear this up or will never shop from there again!
The customer service is atrocious. I purchased a birthday gift for someone but neglected to put their address as the ship to address. I called to fix this within six hours of placing the order and was told that it already shipped so I could not make the change. Two days later, still having not received the tracking number I called again and was told by the representative that she would try to make the change for me and would call me back to let me know if she succeeded. She never called. I called a third time and was told that no change to the shipping address could be made until AFTER it shipped. Having been told 3 completely different things by 3 people I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told she was not available and would call me back within 24 hours. No supervisor ever called. I will never order from them again.
Customer support is non existent. Have tried to contact customer support for 5 days. All I get is a recording or WE ARE CLOSED. Don't get taken for your hard earned money by these shysters. You will be sorry. I learned the hard way and don't want to see it happen to you. That's why I am taking the time to write this review. Check the internet to see all the other reviews. Lots of others have had the same experience. I wish I had never seen evine.com
I bought a toy for my son that lasted about one month. I found the product had no customer service so I requested support from evine. Essentially I was told 'tough luck' it is not our issue. What a sad operation.
The worst customer service ever... I don't think a human works there... they don't answer there phones to take a order... will no longer shop there... I sure miss the old company... Roberta Huffman
I ordered one item on 2. 14. 15. I ordered the same item the next day. The website gave an est delivery date of 2. 25. 15. The second order was on time. The first order did not ship by 2.18 so i emailed and was told it was in process. The order did not ship by 2.22 so i emaiked again and was told maybe its taking longer because its a different color. This is a poor explanation. The order finally shipped 2.23 and UPS shows i will not get item until 3.5. This isvunacceptable and no where near the est delivery date. When i notifiedvthem ofvthe shipping delay they should have shipped it with express shipping so it would arrive close to the est shipping date.
Answer: Not at all. I would stay as far away from evine as I could. Especially when buying something like a watch as a gift for your wife. Their customer service is non existent. They will not even answer the phone. Don't take a chance on your wife being heartbroken when it goes bad and no one will be there for you after the sale. You would be much better off to buy something like that locally where if something quits you can take it back. I hope this helps you.
Answer: I totally believe they are ripping you off but there is not much you can do. If you don't pay them they will ruin your credit. And they will start calling everyone you know and tell them you are a deadbeat. When you file a complaint with the attorney general, the Minnesota Department of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau don't expect that they will actually do any thing about the situation. All they do is send a letter to Evine saying there has been a complaint and asking them for a response, but they do not actually do anything to help you resolve the situation. Pay the money. Then stop shopping there and make sure you tell everyone you know how dishonest they are so they don't get burned too. By the way, if you want to remove your private information from your account make sure you do it before you close the account because they will not remove it and they will lock you from being able to take it out.
Answer: I totally agree! DONT SHOP THERE! They have no problem violating your privacy and they will ruin your credit if you use value pays.
