I love this site and the look of the controllers. This order is my first one, but I am sure the quality will be top notch, and I plan to by more controllers in the future from here.
I tried using paypal but the link was broken? I ended up having to use my credit card. Also I wanted to add your logo and graphics to the thumbstick. I see no option to add that?
The controller's mod randomly turns on and ruins the controller. Sometimes if I press the B button it also activates my right bumper.
Well let me first start off with the controller works as it's supposed to. That's about the end of my good experience! First I have had to contact them multiple times through all different hours. Then when I do finally get a hold of someone I get the answer I'm looking for. Might not be the one I'm looking for. Also they offered me complementary items to reward for there mistake. Which were never received yet. I just received my order today and it took them over 2 weeks to ship out. Order at your own risk, not saying there a bad company just you might not be all the way satisfied.
My credit card was charged on 4/9/15 and my grandson received his controller 5/4/15! It took me forever to get a real person to talk to. The instructions that were sent were for the wrong controller so he isn't sure how to work it. Terrible customer service! :(
We started this purchase over 4 weeks ago. Customer service was slow getting back to us letting us know one or more options was out of stock. After trading emails and voice messages on our last order, we finally had to cancel the old order and start from scratch. We'll see how long it takes this order to be completed...
The staff wasn't helpful at all the froze my credit card trying to push thru 10 additional transactions for the same three controllers I had to call everyday to ask when they were going to ship them. And my order wasn't even right I'm very disappointed on how much I had to pay for not very good product
I tried to tell their customer service department that they really don't want me answering this survey, and I don't want to either... but if you will Stop asking, I will tell you that This Particular Evil Controller DOES NOT WORK! It doesn't work, not even a little bit, Not at All! The only reason I haven't returned it is because then I wouldn't have even a regular controller to play with, and it'll do that much at least... To be fair, the 360 Rapid Fire that I bought at the same time works Great without any issues! But this one for the ONE Does Not! Now please stop asking me...
On the original order shipping was listed as $10.00 but during checkout your site forced me to choose Priority which was a higher cost shipping. This results in miss leading your customers therefore you are receiving a bad rating. WOW and again below your site will not let me leave feedback without giving my name and email which apparently confirms that I have recieved my order which I have NOT. And if you are on yelp or any other site I will be leaving a negative comment about this.
Called a few weeks ago and had great help and was offered 25%. Called Friday the 12th, Sunday the 14th, and Friday the 19th. I have received no call back about my questions or how to obtain the discount I was offered. I don't even know how to ship it to you. Please call me back to help me or I will just cancel. Sorry for the frustration but for being highly recommended it has been a poor experience.
Package lost in USPS. When finally found and sent to me it had been driven over, punctured and trashed. I contacted EvilControllers and received absolutely no response to my concern. I wasn't as upset over the accidental handling of my package - I WAS upset at the complete lack of customer service. NO RESPONSE

The controllers are awesome and I am going to buy more, the only issue I had is with the controller creator issues. I couldn't undo most of my options, so I had to reset everything and do it all over.
Site says it takes 2-6 days for processing. It took almost a month just for processing. They didn't have the shell for my order and instead of emailing me about it I had to contact them to find out what was going on. I was told that my product would be shipping in the next two days... waited another week called waited another week and called told them if it wasn't shipped by the following Monday I would cancel my order. It was shipped on that Monday afternoon.
Not good, Delayed delivery & not good servcie wont use them again, my son said it wasnt the correct colour of buttons that we ordered & I said if we send it back it would probulary take a few months for the correct one to arrive, he is 10 years old & this was a birthday present which didnt arrive on time for his Birthday, very disapointing as it was ordered ahead of time.
