There needs to be more design choices and there should be more mods for the joysticks and buttons. Otherwise the website is amazing. But the designs should cost around $** not $** a little too pricey for those of us looking to but multiple items...
Pretty Nice site overall. My controller came with both the thumb sticks dirty and ripped up, Up on the D-pad did not work at all.
I sign up as a new customer the first time and it wouldn't let me sign in, so i had to create another one, but the funny thing about it i had two controller instead of one when i check out. I guess it was an error or something
I have gone through many other companys who do this and they are cheaper and have free 4-5 day shipping.
The process ran quite smoothly. I dislike they choices you give use on Controller Creator. It is honestly not ideal to have a certain front plate and then not be able to have a matching back plate. If you offered all the colors that are available as well as the already created controllers list I would have not had to spend 2 hours going through different combinations to see which one looked the best because I was not able to get exactly what I wanted. I am dissatisfied for that reason. If there is a legitimate reason for you to not have all colors and options available please i beg of you to humor me and tell me. Many issues with the website. It glitches often and instead of editing a controller already made in your cart it restarts the entire process. I hated having to remake the controller 17 times before the glitches and errors stopped and the controller was perfect.
It was tough search, could not find ps controllers
The website states "live chat" however when you click on it and type your message you get a message saying someone would reply to your email address shortly... Not live at all...
Also when calling you are to leave a number and have someone return your call?
Lastly, you are given the option to add a near $** for rush delivery and shipping protection then when you proceed to checkout you have to choose what shipping you want to use... am I being charged the $** and additional $** for the same shipping? Very misleading
Was unable to speak to a LIVE person about my order. I had shipping questions. To pay this price for something i should be able to talk to a person via the phone.

Hmmm master mod controller was way way way out of my league I do have some simple ideas for a plug and play option for us older generation just two switched slots that are pre loaded so simple ;)

I was trying to order a controller for a couple of days now and everyday it seems they would remove something from creator. When it specifically says every add on free!
Controller broke within the first 3 months of owning, you make me pay for shipping on your defected product. If you would allow me to return the product for a full refund I would. From experience usually when a product breaks so soon there is going to be continuous issues even after repairs.
I am having trouble using a gift card. You keep rejecting the card. I called twice about this, but no one answers the phone. I left my name and number twice for you to call back "immediately." You sure have lousy customer service. For what you charge for these controllers, hire someone to answer your phone.
They said my issue with a brand new controller was self inflicted. I had the controller for and hour before I noticed the problem. I paid there courtesy repair fee as they wouldn't accept responsibility. I do not care about the $30.00 its the fact that it was not self inflicted and came to me not working correctly in the first place.
I like the controller I purchased however being from Australia and taking exchange rates into account this was expensive so i had to ditch some of the features i wanted. The controller works as it should and the shipping time was good. Feedback can be a little slow but everyone is well informed and are able to help
