Alot of issues with the order after it had been placed. Ended up having to get refunded the fast processing because it didn't happen. After I did end up getting my controller I found issues within 5 minutes. The mods work as advertised but the way the controller was reassembled my LT and LB are rubbing which causes the LB to stick making the controller pretty much useless right now. A simple test of pressing the buttons would have found this problem but apparently there is no testing upon completion.

Well the website is very nice. The delivery took a very long time. The controllers do not work very well and sometimes I wished I just used a normal controller. It is very hard to get in contact with customer service and they never answer.

My order was changed during production; triggers that I paid for were changed to stock but I was still charged for the upgrade. I was never asked about te design change or refunded. My email stating this has not be answered 4 days later

Even though I ordered in plenty of time, I did not receive my order in time for Christmas. When I emailed the week before Christmas, I requested a change of shipping address and I was assured that my order would ship that week and I would have it shipped to the new address by Christmas. On 12/2914 I called and was told that I would be upgraded to overnight shipping and something extra would be in the package. It was shipped to the original shipping address, not sent overnight, but priority and there was nothing extra in the package.

Should be able to remove mods without having to refresh page

My son wanted to purchase this item from your website and I placed the order. For someone not familiar with these aspects, it was difficult to understand what and why things were being selected. Descriptions were limited. Also suggesting shipping insurance above and beyond the standard value of $100 makes a consumer concerned that the items will not be received correctly. The process leaves one very concerned that this controller will not arrive as ordered.

It was okay in a way that i got what i wanted but i had to restart four or five times because every time i added something i didn't want by accident or to see if it would be cool i couldn't remove it or at least i couldn't see how to remove it. Also, if i could add anything to the website it would be a rang of what the cheeps thing is to the highest price you could get the control making it seem like your goal is to get the cheeps stuff but because you want it to make it look cool you spend more but you still try not too reach the top highest price also some people will just save for the higher price so then just showing this would have made me spend a lot more if the highest price was something like $400 or maybe thats just me and if it doesn't work you could always remove it

This is the first time I have ordered from here. We will see if I like it or not.

Not bad, could have been a bit quicker, for people who just wanted a standard looking controller, verses all the add on bits. Plus when showing videos on the site of how mods work, make sure there are no other hacks being used, the quick scope video showed it literally locking on to the enemy, when using same mod in MW3, all it does is hold your breathe, basically, its a rip off, would have been better off using someone on Ebay
