My controller came broken in many different ways but no worries because I had a warranty they charged me 20$ for repairs and took 2 months to fix the controller. I spent $175 on my original Controller d
For that much I shouldn't have to deal with this, if my mods do not work on my fixed controller that is being shipped/doesn't work I will be very unsatised and I won't want to have to spend another $20 to fix! The controller is not worth the money I paid for it. Expected something much more

Very easy to create a custom controller. Glad you can send it to Portugal!
Too bad I had to pay more than $ 100 on customs.

I just want to point out how terrible it is for me to have to wait this long (possibly even longer) for an order that should have been sent to me at least a week & a half ago. I did send them a message asking what was taking so long & they did respond in kind with this..."Hi Terrill, Thank you for contacting us about your order. We do have a standard processing time of 3-8 business days for every order, but unfortunately there was a slight delay with your order during production. Your order was placed on June 17th and began processing on the 18th, but because of the delays your controller will not be ready to ship until the end of this week or the beginning of next". That message was sent last week Monday & I still haven't received any new updates about my purchase being shipped out. This is definitely not the way for a company to make a first impression & I'm pretty sure I won't be doing business with them in the future.

I waited 3 weeks before I received my order. After numerous calls about the whereabouts of my controller it was a finally shipped. The instructions on the website do not match the controller. I have waited three days for a response by email on how to use and program the controller. I will find another company for a modded controller in the future.

Took 3 weeks to get my controller then when I get it the sticks are stiff and one of them squeaks I emailed evil controllers asking them and they still haven't reaponded... I emailed them a week ago...

I love this place, but i have to keep my controller plugged in all the time it can't be charged all the way.

The overall build and quality of the controller is very good. The controller works and all additions and modifications work fine. The price was a little high but cheap compared to other custom controller sites. The delivery time is very good as well. Unfortunately, Evil Controllers has probably the worst customer service out there and is the reason I will no longer be buying from them again. The failed to respond to emails and the few they did respond to took several days. Its sad that a company which provides an otherwise enhoyable experience has to be let down by this.

Mods have major glitches that need worked out.if u have certain mods activated in battlefield games u can't operate a vehicles. Quick scope doesn't work correctly with anything I've tried yet. Also I have to go online to view instructions for my controller which is just stupid. Really how much money would u lose to print a simple paper with more detailed instructions.
