I needed to find a lost relative. I had the results and info I needed very quickly! Everify rocks!
I paid for a trial but the plate I was searching could not be found. I then requested a search by the company and was told they would have the info to me within 48 hours. I never received the information or a note telling me that it could not be found.
Update: I originally gave this site 1 star for the above reason. The company reimbursed me of my trial cost plus the first automatic monthly payment. I still didn't get what I wanted but customer service response was timely regarding my complaint.
I paid 4.95 for a 5 day trial yesterday. The site said i would receive information on any license plate or VIN for 5 days. This is the phone number *******427 I tried my license number and others and all came back with "no information" and that I would need to contact them. I left messages and no one has returned my call. I also want to cancel the membership so I am not charged 19.95 every month from now on!
This is a total waste of my time and money. I am turning this company into to all organizations as a scam, fraud and illegal.

I was looking for a license plate lookup and couldn't find it on the site. I found a bunch of other stuff but I really wanted the owner name on that car. I called and left a voicemail and one of their representatives called me back within the hour and had the owner's name and address for me. If I ever need information again I will definitely use everify.
After using other sites that tried to nickel and dime me, I wasn't hopeful when I used eVerify to do my search. A few clicks later, I found more information than I had found anywhere else after four days of non-stop searching online. I found current information, and it helped me get in touch with who I was looking for. I'd recommend eVerify to anyone.
I was so relieved when I was able to call into a number and actually speak with a human being and not a machine or an email! The customer support representative was very friendly, very efficient and handled my request with the utmost professionalism! I will definitely be back!
It did the job it said it was going to do. I have no grievances.
I lost contact with my best friend from high school eighteen years ago and haven't been able to find her. I signed up for the everify free trial since it was free, I figured why not. Within five minutes I had her home address and phone number. I got to hear her voice again for the first time in so long. Thank you, eVerify for helping me reconnect with her. I'll definitely come back if I need to look anyone else up.
I signed up and paid the fee to get a VIN report. Nothing came back. Sent them several emails and no response. Tried to call them and no one is there.

If you were unable to find information on a license plate or VIN, it may be because these records are currently protected by the DPPA (Drivers Privacy Protection Act). The law prohibits some information on vehicles to be made public. Then they why can they collect $25 for a search they know wont give results?
1. Didn't produce criminal history for somebody who I know has a record in New York state.
2. Didn't have a license plate record, they offered a 'complimentary' secondary search, I never heard back from them.
Their inaccuracy brings into question their credibility.
I can only conclude that eVerify is a poorly run, falsely (maybe not fraudulently but overstated) advertised website that I would not recommend. It looks nice and the promises for information are very tempting, but eVerify does not deliver any results.
This was a total waste of time and money. The report gave me absolutely nothing that I did not already know. No birthday, no relatives, no employment, no previous addresses, just NOTHING. They even showed HE was a (F).
They promise you a vehicle's detailed VIN report and license plate report... until you enter in your credit card details and they charge you $4.95, and after that you get a message saying the info requested could not be found. I have REPEATEDLY tried calling their number *******472 and pressed 32 for "Billing Inquiries" but the c--ksuckers NEVER answer!

I can see from your comment that you might have tried calling us during the holidays. Because we believe in giving our employees time off to spend with their families, our call centers are closed during the holidays, including New Year's Eve.
Now that the holidays are over, our phone reps are back and hard at work and on the phones from 8AM to 6PM EST every week day. If you happen to call after hours or while our reps are handling other calls, you can leave a voicemail and they will be happy to respond to you as soon as they can.

I just signed up for the service, my payment was processed but the website gave me an error saying that the order already exists and did not give me access to the service. I have called customer service several and have not been able to get a live person, just voice mail and no one has called me back yet. Sounds like a scam. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Beware of eVerify, I paid for the service and did not get it!
I, too, immediately became suspicious when the report that I was lead to believe identified the license plate I was searching turned up only cars in a different state. I called the 800 number to inquire about the discrepancy. "Willow" did the search again, which did identify the make/model of the car, but not the owner. She apologized and said she would refund my money.
They did not have the simple information I was searching. I paid $4.95 for a one time inquiry. Without telling me this would happen - they enrolled me in an monthly plan. Had I not been notified by PayPal, I would not have realized they would be charging me $19.99 / month - without my consent.
STAY AWAY from this site - I believe they are scam artists and I believe the 'good' reviews were written by employees.
This site is a scam! Stay away. They are collecting money but do not really provide useful information. This site should be closed.

Site is absolutely useless and whomever owns it doesn't care about anything but collecting your money. I cannot find anything beyond address of only a few people I know. When I search "myself" absolutely nothing comes back as if I don't even exist. You would think searching your own background you'd find at least something. Wow, absolute rip off!
