Ran a check and got no more than what I could find if I walked up to a car and took the information off car myself. Don't waste your time or money.
I looked up several names and wasn't getting any info... so i put in a name I knew would bring back results, NOTHING! Tried several other names and nothing again! Point less free trail!
Wish I would've looked here first. Stay away! When you do the initial search and see who you want, after you pay, you no longer get the same result with the same person (it obviously know exactly who you wanted since you already clicked on Download Full Report). So, you'll probably pay for nothing.
This site is total BS. It doesn't even give you your correct background check. Bogus website that scams you out of your money!
Like others have said, They show you search results with the record you are looking for and then after you pay the results they showed you to get you to sign up don't exist. Why are companies like this allowed to keep operating? If anyone decided to file a class action suit count me in.
Their advertising was very deceptive, leading me to believe they had the exact information I was looking for. After subscribing and paying I was notified that they could not provide the information. Do not waste your time with this unethical company. BIG REGRETS.
I JUST signed up to receive a report WHICH EVERIFY CLAIMED EXISTED. The charged my card, showed me a screen that said "Access your report" (which, one would be assuming is the report I had just run and paid to receive). What did I get? NOTHING. A Big Fat Zero. NOTHING. "No information found". Except the eVerify had just claimed that information HAD been found - which is why I paid them to access that information. And, just to check, I ran a report on my marriage certificate, which they also told me couldn't be found. Which I know to be a complete crock. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are lying, deceptive scumbags. Yeah, I'm going to ask for a refund for my $19.95, but I already know these slimy SOBs aren't going to refund me a penny. If I could give them minus 5-stars, I would.
The website provide a mug shot picture of the person I was doing a search on. It then said, for a complete report pay this amount... which I did. Then it came back and said, "no additional information was found". WTF? Why did I pay for no additional information? I can't get a hold of a live person and no one has responded to my emails. Worst customer service EVER! Worst background Website ever. I found another website that charged less and provided me with all kinds of information on the same person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
This background check website is the WORST that I have ever subscribed with! I completed a background on my husband and myself and 95% of the information that is listed is INCORRECT or OUTDATED! I called them twice to demand that they refund me $4.95 and I got a voice message telling me to leave my information. I haven't received a call back. Also, I called the payment processing service, SafeCart, twice and heard nothing but dead silence. I believe SafeCart is also a SCAM! DO NOT waste your time or money with Everify or SafeCart!
They said they issued me a refund. Ended up over drafting my account because they didn't. When I finally got a representative on the phone (because apparently this is near impossible) she called me a liar and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. Now of course I can't reach them again. I had to file a complaint with the BBB. I'll make sure everyone hears how big of a scam they are and how they treat their customers.
I ran a licence plate search and it said it had some info available. I had to create an account to get more info it said. I ran a 1 time report for $20 and it made me re-enter the licence plate info and give a reason I was looking for it. Then it just returned a screen that said no results found, and that I'd have to contact customer service. Why tell someone that you FOUND info, then when I pay, you find nothing? What a bunch of $#*!.
Sent a contact form regards it 2 days ago but no respond so far
Sent an email yesterday to deactivate my account before the 5 days trail done but no answer
Finally, called their center and they never respond, rather they keep direct me to a voice message says please call back later or fill up a form which I already did for no use.

Yesterday I received an email from everify customer service says my cancellation request was done successfully. However, I can't be fare if I rate more than 2 stars as it was worthless experience & doesn't match how it was advertised.
I used everify to dig up dirt on my ex. Got a mugshot too... lol. Thx everify.
I can't tell you how many bored or annoyed customer service people I have talked to over the years. I went in expecting a fight and he was so nice. He tried to find the plate I was looking up but when he couldn't he offered an immediate refund. No arguments at all. Great service.
The customer support at everify is so fast. I was surprised at how easy they would cancel me. Most companys try and sell you other stuff but not hazel, she was so nice.
Some jerk kept parking in my spot so I used everify to find out who it was with the license plate. I found out who it was in about fifteen minutes using the site. Many thanks.
I signed up to do a license plate search and wasn't too happy with the results! I noticed they had a support phone number so I called for a refund. Much to my surprise they ran a custom report WHILE I was on the phone with them and they were able to provide me with the info I needed! Way more than I could have hoped for and I will definitely return!
This service has some favorable reviews at the top of section which get progressively worse rapidly. There is no way to know the background of the people who wrote the reviews. Are they connected with the company (website)? This is a failing of the review system. EVerify kept giving me datum for Minnesota rather than Michigan. Their response was that it was possibly protected by a confidentiality law that doesn't satisfy their promises. These people live on the far side of the moon and don't know the difference between Michigan and Minnesota.
I was looking for an old high school friend. I found all the contact info that I needed to find the person. Thanks everify!
