I'm sorry you weren't able to find what you were looking for in eVerify.com. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of public records restrictions and laws in many counties/states and must abide by those restrictions and laws.
We would never charge an unsatisfied customer for no results which is why I processed an immediate refund as soon as I saw your complaint. You will receive a refund of $4.95 through our billing provider. You should have already received an email indicating that.
It looks like you sent us an email today, our customer support team takes about 24 hours to get back to each customer. If given proper time, they would have also refunded your account in full.
