I purchased two tickets, hoping I would get seats that are together. It is hard to confirm if our seats are together. Its my first time going through this website and its hard to get a hold of someone.
I bought these tickets assuming they were coming from the venue. However, they were e-tickets that were already purchased by another person. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. When I bought them, I thought they seemed expensive (over $100). But, I didn't think anything of it - because they were floor seats close to the front. When I received the e-ticket and went to "claim" them, the wrong name was on the ticket. So, I looked at the FAQs and that's when I learned that it is common for tickets to have other names listed on them because they are "transferred". When I went to the venue to check ticket prices, I learned that my ticket was three times over the ticket price - tickets right next to my seat were $35! So, they massively overpriced the tickets and claimed it is "market value" - this is BS. Do NOT get tickets through this platform. Go directly through the venue. You will save money and your ticket will be in your name. At this rate, I don't even know if this ticket will work because it is in someone else's name. I have no way of knowing whether someone else could be using this ticket, as well. And, if I show up to the venue and someone else is seated in my seat, I won't have a leg to stand on as my name isn't on the ticket. Horrible service. Do not recommend. I feel I was totally taken advantage of and scammed.

There were so many emails! Price was in USD instead of Canadian. You basically log into Ticketmaster to get tickets but email instructions were to search your junk box for emailed tickets.

Within 30 minutes after purchasing the tickets, I tried to cancel and requested a refund of the $647.00. The date was in conflict with a family situation that had slipped my mind. It was an honest oversight. After several emails (delivery issues because address was inactive), chats and phone calls, I was finally told that the ticket purchase was final. The event is not scheduled until October 21,2025, 3 months away. Your email stated... if you canceled your order, disregard this email. This implies that I should have been able to cancel my order. I am asking that you please assist me in canceling the order so that I can receive a refund. In today's environment, $647 is a lot of money to forfeit. Thanks in advance for your assistance. I tried to book through the site on my phone. I never did search the tickets I ended up apparently getting as It put me in a seats have in a section farthest away for the same price. I asked for a manager to call me within minutes of the booking and was told I would get a call and I would be offered a credit of 90% of the value of the tickets. I NEVER got a call or an email with any tickets or rebate for 90% of the tickets I had to use within 1 year on the site. Also was told to just buy the tickets I wanted again and I would get 90% of the money back if I did, or they would charge me 10% more and change my tickets. All options that were offered to me did not come through and I was forced to buy the tickets locally which were 85 canadian instead of the 150 usd price i was charged on this site which when i initially looked it was in canadian dollars? I have TD bank helping look into the validity of the company to reverse the charge that I did not authorize
