I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I sent an email to customer service and have yet to hear back. I requested a refund due to the e-ticket reflecting a much lower price than the one I paid. The disclosure regarding this discrepancy was not transparent when I bought the tickets. It was only stated after purchase, when I received the tickets via email. The market price at the theatre for these tickets is $53.50 a ticket and EventTicketsCenter charged $108 a ticket.

Once I navigated the available tickets and selected seats, the fun began. I am an occasional customer and dread using your inefficient system. First I am required to log in and verify myself which is pretty standard. Your system is very unclear about the steps that are actually occurring of which there are too many, and even after receiving a purchase confirmation one still isn't positive it worked. Then you wait for a link again verifying yourself and eventually one telling you the tickets will be on your phone after you set up an account if you don't already have one. Too many layers…. Funny when I finally received notice the tickets were ready and I had 48 hours to accept, there was more identifying necessary. Additionally, at the same time, I received notice about the tickets being ready, I received a scam notice about a single ticket with no date for the same group causing confusion. With all the cyber controls, how is it that your database can be hacked to give out my info? Techs doing the programming need additional training in cyber warfare. You've been in the business for a long time. Customer service should always be in the forefront. Not just the dollars received.
The entire layout is meant to pressure you into making a purchase on things that marked up by two to three times the original price. Not really worth it.

I received and email stating my tickets have been transferred and that an email would come through with my tickets but that was several days ago and I have yet to receive the tickets. I did reach out customer support and event tickets on Monday 07/14 and have not heard back from anyone except asking for feedback on this survey.

I had a hard time figuring out how to get the tickets transferred. Idk if it was user error or what. But it took me a while to actually figure it out. That's ok tho not the end of the world
