I purchased the tickets another state. Waiting on an email back in regards to a refund
The website was easy to manage. The event dates are in chronilogical order, which is easy to follow. I would recommend using this website to colleagues and friends when looking where to buy from to go to concerts around Cincinnati.
I feel misled in this ticket purchase. When I printed the receipt, I was in shock! The price was 3 times the face value. I called twice for a refund and cancelation. I was informed all sales were final no matter the situation. Basicity we got your money and were keeping it! These were a gift for someone who couldn't make the date. I was given a small credit which doesn't mean much when requesting a refund for something I can't use.
I don't want to rate the app I just want to see the details on my ticket event.

Be wary of this site. They indicate they send tickets when they don't. They have no customer service in America or that is not AI generated. I am out money for tickets I ordered 6 months ago, which I said to send it directly to me by FedEx. They are a scam outfit that is not a reputable outfit. They said they are retransferring, but it is not guaranteed, but they never transferred originally. It is a very shady organization that I am guessing has sold more tickets than allotted and "said they transferred". There is no email.
This site is a scam. I was charged 90.00 per ticket for tickets that should have been 22.00 apiece. Criminal charges will be filed with my local police department and the Minnesota attorney general has been notified of this scam

Didn't exactly enjoy having to get emails waiting for the tickets to be forwarded to my email, then getting my tickets to show up in my email was a hassle. Waiting for separate emails were annoying. It was real hard to pay with 3 of our 1 cards. 1 that was 4 months old one is with my husband and I. His didn't work. I got mine and it worked. It was very frustrating!
