Never felt rush
When we heard that Avenged Sevenfold and Metallica were coming a couple hours away from us; my husband and I sat down and talked about taking our son who is a huge fan of both groups! We have always told him if it was ever possible we would take him. Well don't want to disclose the full amount of tickets with fees and insurance but we NEVER thought we were selling body parts to fulfill a promise. My husband just retired from the military and I thought he was going to have a heart attack!
Your conduct of jacking the price several times over the actual ticket price, under the disguise of a legitimate online service is inexcusable and in my opinion fraud. I will make sure I will record this dissatisfaction to Better Business Bureau, regardless of the disclaimers that the sales person reads off at the point of sale, with no mention that the service will have such high overhead over the cost of the ticket. I gave 1 start because zero star or negative star were not options. Never again. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I paid over $50 a ticket in service fees to see Paul Simon in June. I got great seats, but the price was steep. I have received the tickets. I hope they are legitimate after reading all the poor reviews!

The steep service fee that is charged put us way over what we were expecting to spend for our tickets which were very reasonably priced for great seats. If it weren't for a Birthday we probably would not have gone through with the transaction.

As Title. Actually I got great tickets for a great price and I realized this after someone told me how much he paid.
We really enjoyed the performance of " Sound of Music." And it being our first time at the Palace Theatre, we were favorably impressed with the decor and beauty of the showplace.
We paid twice what we should have for these tickets, AND had a horrible time getting them in time for the event, receiving them only with 40 minutes of the event. It was so tight that I called the venue to see if we could use electronic copies of the tickets instead of printing them. I found out from the box office that not only were there plenty of seats available, that they were far cheaper than what I had paid and on top of that the service fee was half of what ETC charged. A horrible experience all around.
I was a little reluctant when I first bought the tickets from here because after my purchase I started to find all the bad reviews of people getting fake or duplicate tickets. However, all my worries were settled. I called the arena where the hockey game was and gave them all the information on the ticket and they confirmed the tickets I bought were valid. I paid 118 for 4th row tickets for a hockey game that normally got for 264. Great deal and easy experience. Will definitely use again!
Very poor customer service. Multiple emails sent with not one reply. Two failed phone calls that I was put on hold then was disconnected. Absolutely 100% will never buy tickets thru them again...

I tried to not let the overall price of the tickets ruin it for us. I was very dissatisfied with all of the extra fees, the required overpriced shipping costs and the inability to change shipment of the tickets without another fee. If I had not been home that day I would not have been able to sign for them.
This app and transaction made my music experience that much more exciting. The convenience of having the ticket on my cell phone helped me get through the line faster and arrive to my seat on time. Highly recommended

Ordered 4 tickets, Section 102, row C... Recieved the same 2 tickets sent twice. Section 121 row B... paid for 4 tickets, received duplicates of the 2 wrong tickets. Never again

I purchased 2 tickets iI waited for the tickets to come thru email so that I could print them and they never came I reread my receipt and it said that some one would meet me and take me into the event (sounds fishy to me) so I called the number on the receipt the nice guy who answered the phone said that he would check after a wait the answer was will call very confusing
Trish, for some events, the venue has requirements about getting into the event. Its not unusual and you will be taken care of at your event.
