I purchased the tickets online early Friday morning for the game at 7:30pm that same day. I received an email for my receipt and was told on that email that I would receive another email with my digital tickets but that email never came. It took forever to get the email with the ticket download. I finally got it after making several calls. Very unpleasant experience.
I bought four tickets online in the orchestra seating area, only to receive a phone call a short while later explaining that no such tickets existed due to a 'mapping error'. I was offered balcony seats in exchange for a slightly lower price. So I literally went from one of the best seats in the house to one of the worst. While sitting in these balcony seats, I noticed there was NO one behind us... so yes, this literally went from one of the best seats to the worst seats possible. This was explained to me as a 'mapping error'. I view it as a bait and switch. I buy lots of tickets thru online brokers and have never had an experience like this and will never buy thru EventTicketsCenter again. I intend to post this experience on my facebook page and hope that the word spreads about how your company conducts it's business.

Thought I was buying from the event center... redirected to a different site. They charged $50 a ticket for me to print on my own computer. The charge did NOT show up until after I finished my transaction and printed everything. Hidden charges they don't tell you about up front. Do NOT use!
This is the biggest scam after purchasing circus tickets I was charged an additional 50 dollars for service charges and delivery charges to print them on my own computer. What was an 80 dollar purchase turned into a 125 dollar purchase. Better yet I couldn't do a return because of a policy that was no where to be read upon my purchase. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Bought tickets for my son. Site disguised as if through box office. Had to put in my credit card info before final price. I didn't want to go through that again, and keep giving out my info, so I bought tickets, but will NEVER use this site again. With fees I paid $95 a ticket for lawn seats. WOW...
I see bad reviews over price and seats, but i saw the map, read the details, and was not shocked by what i received. The seats were as advertised, the price was what i saw onscreen. I paid a fat price, but got what i wanted and got it fast. If the show is important to folks, pay the insurance and rest assured.
