Music was great. Venue was great. Incredibly long line up the dirt trail was not acceptable. Bought tickets late through this website - I was scammed! Red Butte staff handled it great.
I love getting the emails about who's coming in concert and where. It makes it so much easier for me to keep up with. I just really prefer when you have an opening act and a headliner. When you have 3 bands playing the main one doesn't get enough time to play.
Had no problem with the tickets, even with printing them. Getting in free to Darien Lake Theme Park is great. The Concert was just Amazing. This was my first concern at Darien Lake. I Highly recommend you upgrade to "Preferred Lawn Seat" or pay for Actual seats. The lawn ended up being a Mosh Pit. Be patient with the parking too. Otherwise it was amazing.
We purchased tickets from you in advance. Last night after waiting in a huge line we were not admitted in because they said our tickets were already used. Checked with the Will call office and they told me the only thing I can do is dispute the charges on my card which I did. What should've been a fun night ended up horrible.

First of all I was over charged for two tickets that were worth 35.00 a piece and was charged 218.00 secondly wrong sitting. I would recomend for know one to use this ticket seller. Bad bad news. This tickets were purchased six months in advanced.

Tickets were very over priced, seats had no view of stage and theater wasn't filled and these were the best seats they could give me.
When I received my 2 tickets, the face value of each ticket was $60.00; I was charged $136.00 for each ticket; total of $272.00, and then a $44.88 service fee for each ticket adding another $89.76 to my cost. Then on top of that, another $15.00 for delivery. The tickets were obviously printed from a website by the original purchaser; I could have just as easily done this if given a link to the tickets and avoid the delivery charge. Altogether I paid $376.76 for 2 tickets valued at a total of $120.00; not a great experience for my first time doing something like this. Will never do this again from this site or any other ticket reseller site.
My first time to see them in person. I have watched many times on TV. In concert was beyond all expectations. Beautiful women, beautiful music and a beautiful time.
This site should not sell tickets to next day events if they can't deliver tickets immediately. I was late to my event as I had a 2.5 hour drive and had to make 8 phone calls in the morning to get my tickets sent to me that HAD to be printed off to get acceas to the event. Also unsure why it is necessary to print them. If I order online I should be able get access to events without printing the actual ticket and doing it online. I am very unimpressed with ordering through your company (and third party company's) and will not do it again.
Unfortunately, not all venues or performers allow tickets to be used on your phone.
It was easy to navigate and order my tickets! I will check here first for my next event.It would be better to be able to see the view of the stage from my seat before I purchased my tickets like other sites do.

Didn't clearly explain the difference in cost for general admission tickets. I paid at least 20 dollars more for the same seats.
Although I had NO difficulties at all in the ordering, receiving and printing of my tix I find that the SERVICE fee is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Considering that the whole transaction was done online there was little to no need for human intervention and I was charged $25 extra for them!

Loved the small venu. Variety of food choices and walking venders with cold drinks through out the show.
If your parked far away you can get small golf cart and bicycle carriage rides back to your car if needed. We didn't use because we like to walk. Nice that they are there though.
I got to the door and they told me my ticket had been scanned 11 minutes ago, meaning your company sold me a duplicate ticket. I will never buy tickets again from liars and scalpers like y'all again.
