Why were my tickets twice as expensive as my friends for same GA LAWN seating? My total came to $128 & hers came to $59.50. Both came from your site
Had a difficult experience but made bearable by a good guy on the phone that helped me out. That being said, when you go to retrieve and download your tickets it asks for a PIN. Customer service insisted there was a PIN on the PDF. There was not. Thus, an unneeded phone call and delay.

Ordered the tickets way ahead of time, 4th row center and once we got to the show our seats had a big white tent in front of them. Completely unable to see the show, had to watch the side screens the whole time! Was AWFUL and paid over $300 per ticket! Very unsatisfied, and nobody even cared. On March 22,2017 I used my credit card to purchase 5 ticket for the concert of Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias at the Allstate Arena. We arrived at the show with our seats being already taken over by another group that had the same seats as us!?. Mind you that there was 11 of us in total. I purchased 5 tickets and my friend purchased the other 6. Her 6 were not even valid at the door. They were not allowed in for the 1st half of the show. Someone had copies of their tickets and had been scanned in as valid before we all arrived so my friends tickets were fraud. We had to come down and explain our purchases so everyone could understand that my friends had actual tickets but someone had downloaded her info and so tickets looked fraudulent when we arrived. Then when we finally came up to our section and seats, there were people in them and they would not move. We called security and he told us that we need to go and stand by the emergency exit door, that our seats were taken by others?! We all are so upset and mad. What did we pay for? Our night was a disaster. I myself am a person with a disability, I have 6 herniated disks in my back and needed to be able to sit when needed. Instead we all stood on stairs that led out of the arena show, and for a seat, I was given a stool with no back support at all.
We would all like a refund on our tickets. We are so disappointed on how all was managed and what we were told to do instead of being offered other seats, some of us even left early because we just got tired of standing during Enriques ballot songs and the hour long wait for him to come on. Please let me know how you would like to handle this matter. I look forward to hearing from you. I have already called my credit card to start a claim against the charges of the 5 tickets I purchased.

I ordered Dierks Bentley tickets on 3/31/17 and the concert just passed on 6/4/17 I didn't receive tickets until mid day on the day of the concert. In which I had to buy 2 new tickets because like everyone else i wanted to be there early and hang out. I was garenteed delivery of my tickets by 6/1 and never received anything. I don't know who's to blame but I ordered tickets through these guys having faith there would be no problems. I'm sad to say my experience was terrible and just costed me more money than I would've liked to spend.
Two different websites want to confirm the order, but tickets have not arrived yet. Awaiting 24-48 hours for e-tickets.

Chris Rock was awesome. Your company SUCKS! Seats were awful and not where they were explained to me to be. Your service charges are obscene, and additional delivery charge horrific. I am telling everyone and posting on FACEBOOK and all my other social media sites to NEVER EVER book through Event Tickets Center.
We bought 4 tickets in a certain section at a certain price and were given $39.95 seats in a cheaper section and charged $97.50 each for the tickets. We called and were hung up on. No emails were returned as well.
