I WAS DISMAYED TO LEARN THAT I PAID MORE FOR MY PIT SEATS THAN ANYONE IN ATTENDANCE. OTHER TICKET RESELLERS CHARGED LESS THAN I PAID FOR MY TICKETS. YOUR 33% SERVICE FEE NEEDS TO BE REDUCED. THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT. OTHERWISE, MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! JERRY:-)

The tickets I purchased from this website were invalid. I was unable to enter the ballpark with the tickets I purchased from this website. I spent a lot of money on these tickets to find out, at the park, that they were no good. I'm owed the money back from this company

Excellent would definitely use the service again didn't have to worry whether tickets were counterfeit

I wad charged 300 for tickets wuth face value of 156. General admission lawn seats. The price wasn't listed until I clicked purchase. There should be more upfront disclosure in full price.

I do not own a printer so I went to office Depot to print tickets could not print tickets the events ticket website was blocked by the office Depot firewall had to drive 70 miles to borrow my daughters printer never again

The show was excellent, but the chairs were very uncomfortable. I suffer with back problems and it was very hard to enjoy the show. Plus the chairs were so close that the man who was seated next to me was practically in my lap.

Anyone and everyone can easily make mistakes when ordering online and no refunds no exchanges is fine but there should be some grace period 1-4 hours or something from purchase time when a ticket can be refunded or changed etc. I will never use this site again and would not recommend it.

Our seats were great and the view was perfect. We enjoyed our Astros Yankees baseball game. We hope to attend another game soon.

More info on exactly where the seats were situated would have been useful. Lots of hidden charges $76 for the tickets, over $110 final charge.

Misleading and fraudulent charges applied to ticket prices I paid $250 for charges applied to the purchase being told that this was money for the Kennedy Center production

Awesome venue, beer's a little pricey, but at least they were big and cold... a lot like my ex-wife.

Concert was terrible. B-52's and 2 out of 3 didn't want to be there. Weather was spectacular! Performers were the opposite.

Had lawn seats, but still had an amazing view! So impressed with the staff. Everyone was so curteous and hospitable!

The seat map was not accurate so our seats were not where we expected and the extra fees were very high compared to advertised price. By the time I paid the print at home option and other fees my 68 dollar ticket was 85.

The site was easy to use. I got the tickets super quick. I was able to access the site with ease. I will recommend the site to other people.

Always a good time at the KC Live shows. Muna and Bleachers were a great match! I did not like how the ticket service charge was not on the same page as the ticket prices. I also believe if I am charged a fee, I should park for free.

Luonel Richie was the best show I have seen in years. Kudos to the person at the ticket window. I left one ticket of 2 at home. She looked my order up and printed 2 new tickets with no problem and she was very personable. Great evening overall. Thanks.
