Truly enjoyed performance, however, Admissions Team at NRG Arena, lacked communications. Stood in hot sun for 45 minutes because after allowing people to enter Arena with regular tickets at "Magic Ticket" time, someone decided only people with "Magic Tickets" could come in. Again, not sure how many got in but a lot. Did not buy "Magic tickets" for myself or my husband, only for son and grandson. My husband nor I were interested in going "on the floor". Only wanted inside and out of hot sun. Were not allowed in until 1pm after the "Magic ticket" time had ended. Got inside and asked who sat in the regular seats while floor time was going on, answer, no one. Actually they scanned my ticket to get in then told my husband could not accept his ticket. We went to the end of the line and waited for the 1pm deadline to get in. Of course my ticket could not be scanned second time, then, scanner did not work. When I told the "manager" that employees had just let a lot of people inside without "Magic Tickets", his answer was, "well I just got here." You had employees saying yes you can come in when everyone else does, you just can't go on the floor, to no you can not come in. Several of your employees thought it was funny, it wasn't. Ladies that were there to sing the National Anthem, were told the same and stood in the sun also. Not good PR AT ALL! As much as my family enjoyed the Globe Trotters, I will think twice about spending my money at NRG Arena for any event in the future.

Ticket Purchase was not entered on the system correctly. I had paid extra for tickets to be sent via Fedex... but because of the error made the tickets actually arrived after the concert. Thankfully was able to download to my phone... but then I had to go to Staples to have them printed since my printer doesn't work... just a big hassle
AFTER NOT BEING ABLE TO PRINT THE PURCHASED TICKETS I CALL THEIR SERVICE WHO TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. NO REFUNDS WAS THERE REPEATED ANSWER, THEN CALL THE VENDOR.

I have always enjoyed Bonnie Raitt's albums but seeing her live convinced me how musically talented and powerful her voice is! James Taylor's voice, I think was the best I have ever heard him. His band and backup vocals made his performance complete and I will always remember as one of the best!

It was ok. Nice event. The lady kept kicking me in my chair because she wanted to put her legs up. Parking was a bit to much especially after the cost of tickets. But i enjoyed the entertainers.
I paid $800.00 for what turned out to be an very sub par seat in Section 106 of the Pepsi center. Check it out for youself! I called prior to receiving my tickets to complain; however, this fell on the deaf ears of a very snarky representative. I go to many events a year and I will never use this service again. The program itself was unforgettable and awesome, however, I felt I got jabbed on my ticket purchases on line. Very misleading price advertising. An $86.00 ticket turned into $144.00 each, plus parking, plus I traveled 200 miles. The show was excellent tho.

Paid TOO Much For everything... Than Told at Show Time No Micheal... I am Sorry a Performer has a illness... But We Should have been told and should have received refund earlier... we left... Not Rusted Root... No Patrick On Base... Really... THIS WAS NOT RUSTED ROOT! And I felt Cheated and Misled... Really Sad I Put Red Rocks On Bucket List...
I thought the symphony and fireworks were amazing. The segment on "Summer of Love" with Storm Large and the video with Nicole Lizee really did not fit in with the program. Next time, stick with basics and don't try for something that the majority of the audience has no interest in.
Was somewhat shocked to see that a $49.50 service charge was tacked onto each ticket. Nowhere did I see this before ordering.
Also, they sold tickets, and advertised them, as "parking included". Well, everyone got free parking. No one paid for parking at Starplex, Dallas.
Ticket delivery is very convenient for merchant not so much for customer. At least a dozen emails showng downloads, don't print the tickets, duplicate messages all very confusing. Finally got the QR code downloaded and then couldn't find it on my phone. Had to call and they emailed a PDF I could open. QR codes are typically great but there are so many apps to open them. If you are going to use them send an app to open them so you can tell where it lands.
I purchased these tickets for my husband, daughter and myself. I love going to the game, especially the fireworks games. This was extremely upsetting! The seats were in a great location to view the game, but you could not see the fireworks! I paid over $350 and could not eve see them! What a waste of money!
