Great show although a fight broke out next to me. It ws resolved quickly! Been to pacify ampitheater many times. They always have good shows.
Concert itself was good but it is just not the same as venues I attended back in the late 70's and 80's.
I sure don't remember popcorn, cotton candy benders. It was a huge party... and even though I don't do some things I did back then, that atmosphere was awesome... think I would like outdoor venues better with more standing and less seating.
Event Ticket Center made this the lowest value experience I have ever been experienced. Ordered the tickets on my phone and thought I was dealing directly with the winery. Paid over $400 for 2 tickets. There isn't a bad seat at this venue but for the price I expected to be much closer to the stage. Found out I could have bought tickets for seats closer to the stage for under $150 through the winery. Total rip off. The fees are REDICULOUS! Called, customer service and there was no remorse or refund. They said they need the fees for "marketing costs". I now read the URL on any online purchase like this. You are paying for this company to deceptively market themselves to the top of event searches. Chris Isaak was amazing, Venue is awesome but can't help feeling duped. I hope thei helps others avoid the same mistake.

The was the best concert from Jimi C ravity, Meredith Andrews, Natalie Grant, Jeremy Camp and MercyMe... I loved every second...
At first I was a little disappointed because I didn't know all alot of the songs but in his encore, which was half an hour, he came out and killed it! It was also nice to pay tribute to Larry Doby since his son works for Billy.
The staff is great-always there when you need them.
The show was out of this world-use it to see your favorites-you will not regret it!

Our tickets were on the floor, section 8. I was disappointed that I could not see at all. Had the seats been alternated each row so that I was between the 2 heads in the row in front of me rather than precisely behind the head of the man in front of me that would have helped. The tickets were not worth the $200 (including the service fee) that I paid for them.
The show was terrific, Rod really made an effort to entertain and he sounded great. My main complaint is that the floor is not sloped enough (we were about 10 rows from the stage and we spent the entire night looking around peoples heads in front of us. Or maybe the stage could be a little higher. Also the BB&T needs to get squared away on pedestrian traffic and cars departing the show. We had to practically fight with the police, who were very professional and polite by the way, to get out of the area. Of course the cost of food and beverages was ridiculous but we expected that.
This is the first time I had been to a magic show it wasn't exactly what I expected but it was very entertaining and we had a great time.
The process of ordering the tickets was quite easy and I was happy to pay the shipping charge for them to get the tickets to me. The tickets came very quickly in the mail. However, $40 per ticket service charge is outrageous and because of that, I will never use Event Ticket Center again.
A little disappointed that we paid 400.00 per ticket when the couple next to us paid 150.00. Rhwn, I got stranded for a ride home... not your fault.
I ordered my tickets and payed extra to be delivered to my house i waited for a month. I never received them so contacted customer service and was told my tickets would be emailed to me the day of the show. I told them I would be driving 6 hours to the show that day and couldn't print them. The stadium won't accept phone bar codes for entry. I was told I couldn't get a refund because the tickets come from a third party. I will never use them again.
The concert was excellent but our seats were NOT.
We felt we had ordered tickets for a different section and the price we paid for them seemed appropriate.
But when we arrived at the venue one that we had never been to we were escorted to the 2nd last row of the section behind where we felt we had purchased our tickets for. When we called "Event Tickets Center" they said it was "My Ticket Tracker" whom they received the tickets from fault. They transferred the call only to be told that "My Ticket Tracker" only sent the tickets they said "Event Tickets Center" requested from them. I was told I would hear back from a Senior Manager of "Event Tickets Center" whom they work with on a regular basis to rectify the problem. I have NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE SINCE! NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY IF THESE COMPANIES AGAIN...
Excellent service from the moment I pulled onto the parking lot. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous employees made for a memorable event for my son and I. The facilities were immaculate and everyone was very helpful. I highly recommend this as the place you want to visit.

Visited the Coliseum on the sunny 4th of July for the White Sox game. A very intense and uncertain game, until the 9th inning when Athletics made a decisive homerun. Magic! Also enjoyed the intermission entertainment, including some headbanging fans on the terraces. As a European getting into baseball is really interesting and good fun as well. All of us had a great time and we will for certain come back.
Having just moved to Texas not 6 weeks ago, we figured a trip to see the Rangers play was in order and the front row seats we paid top dollar for on the third base side turned out to actually be row 3... oh, yes... the row did say 1 on the end and our tickets matched that, but we wanted to be on the front and there were two rows of other "special seats" in front iof us... not cool.
Add to that the security guard who was an old guy with a guy and a badge who was just not nice to people in that area. He kept quizzing people there to see their tickets, shooing kids with gloves away and pretty much scowling all game long.
Perhaps it was just too hot for him to be there but he was not a nice guy... guns and badges will do that to you I guess.
Fortunately there was a very nice older man working that section (16 BTW) that kept an eye on the kids, worked with them for when they could be there and not be there and even helped a very young kid get a baseball... that warmed our hearts to see him do that for the young kid, all under the watchful scowl of the security Nazi.
Get a grip old man, that is what baseball is all about... enjoying the game and watching the kids dream of future opportunities'... Oh and BTW, the Ranger's lost... sad but true... they were not even trying in my opinion... All Star week and all that I guess.
I will not pay for those seats ever again and I will try to sit far away from the scowling security guy... sad time was had by all...
I purchased tickets in the pit section and everyone around me was getting VIP stuff and meet and greet with the purchased of their ticket... WHY did I not get that? Impractical Jokers are awesome and I would of loved of met them and taken a picture with them and signed my stuff too... but I did not get that and sitting in the second row from the stage. Awesome view but disappointed on the other.
The fees that were added were half as much as the ticket I bought. Lame! Other than that, the experience was okay. Tickets were emailed on time. Reminders about the upcoming show. It was great. But to add $30+ on to a $59 ticket? That's just too much.
