Family of 4 off to see John Mayer at the Gorge. As our tickets were being scanned, one of them said" ticket has been refunded" And that person didn't get through. It happened to be our young daughter. Kind of a traumatic deal. All 4 tickets were purchased together? What a F!#%^D up deal! Had to go and buy ANOTHER ticket. Won't buy from this place again.
I paid nearly twice gave value for a ticket from Event Tickets and when I got to the show my ticket had already been sold and used by someone else. Had to buy another at the door which the venue only did because it was familiar with this kind of fraud (the show was sold out). Absolutely never buying tickets off this website again!

We went as a family and everyone thought it was great. The crowd moved along and there were no problems at all.
I really enjoyed the show. Both acts were great. The ticket price was a bit high for the concert. The seats were not in a visible place on the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding our seats.
Tears for Fears was absolutely phenomenal. They flawlessly displayed their amazing personalities throughout the show, and Roland (like usual) was smiley and cheerful the whole time. They were astonishing despite the heavy storm. Wonderful experience! I'm beyond excited for the new album to come out, and the next tour.
I purchased the tickets on line. The quoted or price was $47 per ticket - I purchased 2 tickets. At checkout there was an additional charge of $16.99 PER TICKET. Then an additional $15 for FedX delivery. So a total of $142.98. Then when I received the tickets, the face price said $30. That amounts to $33.99 in fees for a $30 ticket. Rediculous!
The VIP upgrade was wonderful... It was the first time my granddaughter experienced SPAC, which she loved and the VIP experience just added to the great benefits of the evening.

Somehow got moved to this ticket broker vs the actual ticket website for the venue. Paid $90 vs $40. I purchased 3 months early. Then when I didn't receive tickets by the day prior, I contacted broker. They sent me a link to print my tickets. My buddy did the same but didn't contact broker and bought at face... AMEX will dispute the charge and credit his account

The price for 2 tickets including fees, etc. was $138 -- pulled into the venue only to find out we needed to pay an additional $15 for parking. Sitting next to other concert people, I mentioned the high price and they mentioned "we just did groupon a couple weeks ago and got 2 tickets for $20" -- that sure did not make me feel better. The price that I paid would be appropriate to see U2, not the 2 bands I watched. Your prices, fees, etc. are way overpriced.
My own fault for clicking on an ad link and not paying attention to who I was buying from. Won't happen next time.

There was information we didn't learn in advance, but once the staff was aware of the issue, they worked hard to resolve it for us by upgrading our tickets.
AVA personell are some of the nicest people I have come across at a concert. Very professional and courteous. Could not have had more fun. Ended up having front row seats and totally enjoyed dancing, singing and having best time ever!

The bathroom facilities poor. They are all portajons very discusting dirty. Construction portajons much cleaner. Traffic leaving facilities a complete mess. I 'm confined to a wheel chair this lake view amphitheater a joke not set up for handicap. Wish they kept these events at statefair grand stands. Iv'e been to many concerts at both places.at state fair grand stands better bathrooms and parking and leaving the event.

I loved the format of the game, the atmosphere and the concept. This has restored my love for Basketball. The seating at Wells Fargo sucks and some folks couldn't find their row as it seemed to be missing. (A whole row) but other than the venue I totally enjoyed the experience!
The show was amazing - well worth the two and a half hour drive - and the overnight stay. The mark-up on these seats (main floor, row R, stage right) was disappointing. I enjoyed the show, but felt taken advantage of because of the ticket mark-up.
The show was great, but the ticket prices were terrible. Tickets said $66.00. With all the service charges, and delivery cost, each ticket costs us $143.32 each. $34.32 each ticket service charge, plus $5.00 delivery, adds up to a complete rip off, and we will never purchase tickets from EventTicketsCenter again. We paid a total of $429.96 for three tickets, which have a face value of $66.00 each.
