To spend some quality time with my grandson, I decided to treat he and I to a baseball game. Ive never attended a Knights game and have never purchased tickets for this event before. I accidentally bought tickets for Wednesday, when I meant to get tickets for Thursday. I thought I canceled my Wednesday tickets, when I bought tickets for Thursday. I didn't realize I couldn't get my money back for Wednesday. So basically, I've spent 600.00 for baseball tickets this week. This has NOT been a good experience. Not sure I will ever do it again.

I don't order tix often because I'm stumped. I don't know if I'm going to get my tickets it keeps Ticketmaster keeps asking me to keep changing a password and then I can't get back to them. I am really fubar because I spent $500 on it and the two tickets can you have someone at least call me to tell me what the status is my number is *******650.

I recently purchased two tickets to Brad William's show in December at the Boulder Theater. I had something come up the next day that warranted me cancelling the purchase. When I attempted to cancel the tickets, I was denied with the old standby excuse that all purchases are final. Now I get where if it was within a certain time window you wouldn't want to be stuck with the tickets, but we are six months out. Its a poor policy and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would absolutely dissuade anybody from using your service.

I got an email saying to accept the tickets, so I accepted the tickets. Then I got a second email from Ticketmaster saying my tickets were ready, so I clicked the tickets and it brings me to the Ticketmaster app. My tickets are nowhere to be found. I've clicked and reclicked each email multiple times and still cannot access my tickets. The communication between apps is not user friendly and will likely confirm that I will never use this app again.

Too many emails/links. Multiple ticket vendors work through a separate website and then you have to create an account for that in order to get your tickets. Now I have several emails all with different links and instructions. It's a process that needs some cleaning up. I understand there is need to avoid fake tickets being distributed but perhaps it is something you could look into. 2 stars because I did finally get the tickets, thank you.
